Chest? I saw a chest? Why chest? I was in the middle of my thoughts when somebody held my chin and leveled it to his twinkling eyes. I tiptoed a little because of his height.

"What are you doing? W-who are y-" He stopped me with a grin in his face.

"Lemme take a while to visualize how dashing you are" Just like what he said, I stopped. I was out of my mind now.

He visualized every detail of my face carefully observing any wrong with it. I also got a chance to stare at his eyes. It's color was somewhat less yellow than that of growing fresh grass in a field with the shade of the stone emerald or the part of the range lying between blue and yellow. Shining, shimmering, splendid.

"You done checking me out? Cause I'm done with you" I woke up myself when he caught me looking at him.

"Assuming. Damn your ninja moves, huh!" I nervously gulped and turned my attention again to him.

"I like girls cussing" He just ignored how annoyed I am.

"Ha-ha" I passed at him like nothing happened. I was in my three steps ahead of the chair when someone blocked my way. Damn this man.

"Who the hell are you to block my way? Let me guess. Oh! You are Mr. Attention Seeker! Am I right? Of course, I am! I'm absolutely rig-" I was in my gesture when this damn man shut me off by kissing my precious lips.

"You're blabbing too much, my little lady. I don't like talkative women. Minus points" My eyes widen and touched my lips if it still there. He stole my first kiss in just one snap. He isn't the man I am dreaming every night who will get my first kiss. Kill me now!

This.Is.Not.Happening.To.Me

"Don't. Call. Me. Little. Lady" Before I continue my sentence he stopped me again and I immediately covered my greatly valued lips. I'm just making sure that he will not steal again my second kiss. My first kiss a while ago isn't counted at all. I believed in second chances.

"Talk back and I'll kiss you again. I got my first base" Wow! He was proud of that. How I want to punch his balls now. Argh!

I just sat at the chair and focused my attention to the book I got. Even though I read this many times I still love to backread this.

"Hmmn. Hatchet, the award-winning novel made by the author Gary Paulsen" I heard him speaking the book I got but I just do nothing as a sweet response. I. Don't. Care.

"Gary Paulsen is the distinguished author of many critically acclaimed books for young people" I was on the verge of reading Chapter 7 when he speak out again.

I checked the librarian if she will scold us but she was in the middle of her dream. I moved meanly and took a glance at him but he noticed it quickly. He made a smile but I just rolled my eyes.

I thought he really commented it but I saw him reading book about Gary Paulsen. He almost amazed me.

"Including three Newbery Honor books, The Winter Room, Hatchet and Dogsong. His novel The Haymeadow received the Western Writers of America Golden Spur Award" I made a sudden quick glance at him when he said Gary Paulsen's works without looking at the book. Wow!
