Scott's POV
I grabbed my duffle bag and went downstairs. I arrived at the kitchen seeing my dad making our breakfast. "G'morning dad!" I greeted and took my seat. "Morning Ty." He greeted back as he puts the foods on the table. I noticed he just called me with that name, he hasn't called me Ty since that day. I sniffed the dish served. "Smell's good. Hmm." I purred. "Hehe." Suit yourself.
I totally loved and enjoyed the breakfast. I even stuffed the left untouched food and bring to school. Avery will also surely love these.
I groomed myself inside my car before I stroll inside the building. Picking up the bag and clambered out, I spotted Tyler standing at the entrance. Is he waiting for me? What's the sudden change? "Hey!" "Hey!" This is awkward. After what happened at the party. I don't think we'll be able to talk again. But for Avery's sake, I'll do this. I can't just ignore him the fact that they're siblings.
"What's up?" He said.
"Nothing much." "You?" I said as we make our way to our lockers.
"I realized that I think it's cool that you're dating Avery, my brother." He opened up. I was bit shocked that he finally admits our relationship. He should have done that since the first day he found about us. Unpleasant things should've been avoided. But I guess that's in the past now. As a saying goes in the horror survival game entitled Until Dawn - "The past is beyond our control." So I need to move on. We need to move on.
"So you finally came in to your senses." I said sarcastic.
"Yeah, I guess."
"Come on. We're getting late." I'm just glad that we're okay now. Avery would be happy that he's brother is finally admitting us to be together now. I can't wait to tell it to him.
The bell rung above us making us jumped. I snatched Tyler's arm and dragged him to our first class. "Slow down cowboy you're ripping my arm off." He said along the way.
"Hurry up." "You know Mrs. Anderson would be upset and furious if she caught us getting in her class late." Still dragging him.
"Watch out!" Someone yelled. "Sorry dude." Tyler's apologized. The kid huffed and disappeared from out sight.
"Good morning Mrs. Anderson." We greeted in unison. "You're almost late. Now get on your proper seats." She said shuffling a bits of papers on her desk."Yes Mrs. Anderson." I said scratching the back of my neck.
********
We we're summoned by the school's secretary after the first period. It must be something important.
I strolled towards the gym without Tyler. He said he had something to do but he didn't tell me what it is. I begun walking when my phone buzzed off in my pocket. It was Avery. The text says, he needs to see me now. The urgency of the message is unnerving in the way that I want to leap the space between us.
I sauntered to the gym hastily. But before I reach the place I saw Avery walking towards me curiosity written all over his face. "Hi! What's up?"
"I need to tell you something."
