It was Sunday afternoon and Eve was working at common grounds, it was not that busy so Eve had time to chat to Claire. Claire asked if she had a chance to talk to Oliver to find out how Desire was. Eve said he had been in the back most of the day, she had not seen him since opening, so they chatted about that evening. Michael was playing at common grounds that night and Eve was off.

 It was always packed when he played but they were all going to support him. Oliver come out of the back and saw them both, looked at Claire, she went over to get a coffee and to ask him about Desire, she asked "how is Desire doing and why did he think Captain Obvious attack the limo? OH and why put a bomb in the window of our glass house with that note." His eyes went red and his fangs where showing, he lent in to her and said:

 “DO NOT  INTERFERE  LIKE  YOU  TEND  TO  DO,  KEEP  OUT!  IF  ANY  THING  I  MEAN  ANY  THING  HAPPENS  TO  DESIRE  BECAUSE  YOU  OR  YOUR  FRIEND’S  CAN’T  HELP  INTERFEREING  AMELIE  WILL  KILL  YOU, THAT’S   IF  MYRNIN  OR  I  DON’T  GET  TO  YOU  FIRST.  DO  YOU  UNDERSTAND  CHILD,” " I…  I was just asking how she was" Claire whimpered . Oliver just glared at her with fire in his eyes, which stopped her in her tracks. She went back to the table, Eve had gone back behind the counter and was serving. Claire could feel Oliver staring at her so she went over to Eve and asked for a takeout cup and told her she would see her later .

When Eve got home just after 10 pasted  5, Michael was in the kitchen warming up his bottle of blood in the microwave, which still freaked Shane out, but he was busy making Chilly with tacos. Claire was in the lounge watching T.V," Hey" Eve said “what happened with you and Oliver today? shit he was in a bad mood after you left”. Claire told her what she had said they were still talking when Shane and Michael were putting the food on the table. Eve got some cold cans of coke and they sat eating, they told Shane and Michael  what Oliver had said to Claire. Michael   just looked at her. “What?" Claire snapped “ just don’t  interfere" he said "even I don’t  know what  it’s all about and I’m  a vampire, and work for Amelie,  but I can tell you this, Amelie and Oliver have doubled  the security around Desire, Oliver is right, Amelie will kill you if anything happens to Desire if you interfere.”  No one said a word then Shane said “so Mike do you know why Captain Obvious attacked?.”  Michael looked at them and said "all I know is that Amelie and Captain Obvious had big argument years ago.  Now he hates her and all vampires.”  Eve said “so do you know what the argument was about?”  "No I don’t. No one does" Michael said.
