It was a regular Tuesday night.

Well, as regular as a Tuesday could be for brothers Sam and Dean Winchester.

They had just finished hunting a Wendio in some woods a few miles from Bobby Singer's house oddly enough. The Wendio was in a abandoned mine located at the edge of the wilderness, near some badly placed camping grounds that acted as a food source for the monster.

That food source being...humans.

"Ahh, that was fun." Dean said with a light smile.

Sam scoffed. "Fun? I have a injured shoulder and you have a huge gash on your arm."

"Yeah, and that's why we're are heading back to Bobby's. He'll patch us up. Sammy you worry to much." Dean retorted with a wave of his hand.

"I do not! You do!"

"No, you do!"

A thunderstorm started up in the distance, thunder rumbling as the two argued playfully.

After a bit the brothers stopped talking and Sam looked out the passenger window. "That storm looks nasty."

Dean glanced at the clouds and shrugged. "Nah. It's just a storm. Not afraid are ya?"

Sam shook his head. "No. Just saying."

Bobby dusted his hands off. "There. All patched up."

Sam nodded in thanks, holding his patched shoulder. "Thanks Bobby."

"Just be careful ya idjits. Getting more stupid everyday it seems." the older man grumbled as he stood up to clean and put away the bloodied medical supplies.

"Nah." Dean said from the couch, ignoring the glare that he received.

Suddenly the house lightly shook from a booming thunder, quickly followed by a bright flash of lightning that appeared a few yards from the house.

"Whoa!" Dean leapt to his feet. "That was close."

A frantic series of knocks at the door instantly drew the three hunters' attention away from the storm.

Glancing briefly at each other, Bobby, Dean, and Sam each grabbed a nearby weapon. Once armed, Sam and Bobby slowly walked towards the door.

Another hurried set of knocks came as Sam readied his gun.

He quickly yanked open the door to reveal a single, rain-drenched girl clinging to the side of the doorframe like it was the only solid structure in the world.

The girl instantly flinched at the sight of the gun, but didn't let go of the frame. She looked no older than 19 years old or so and seemed to only be wearing a simple shirt that was a couple of sizes too big.

Surprised, Sam slowly lowered his gun and after a moment Bobby did the same. "Huh."

Dean peered passed them to look at the girl. "A girl?"

At the sight of Dean, the girl instantly looked relieved and shakily held up a small sticky note towards him.

Dean glanced between the sticky note, the girl, and Bobby and Sam before cautiously taking the sticky note.

As soon as the note left her hand, the girl gave a weak smile and fell over as she passed out.

"Whoa!" Sam caught her in time before her head hit the floor. He quickly adjusted his grip so that he was carrying her. "Who is she?" he asked as he carried her inside the house and set her on the couch.
