Suzuki Arima POV

It's been a couple months since I found Haru and today is the first day of school for Autumn.

But Haru had a problem.

He won't get out of the bath tub.

It took me a good ten minutes to get him out but he then started cooking.

"Haru! C'mon, we're gonna be late!" I yelled at him.

"Stop being like Makoto" he said monotonously.

"I don't know WHO this Makoto is but if you don't get ready now, I'm gonna make this Makoto guy look like a wimp" I said as I cracked my knuckles.

Suddenly, there was a knock at the door.

"Haru~!" A voice of a guy called.

"I'll take it." I said to Haru "And when I come back, I want to see you ready."

I walked to the door and opened it, expecting to see that annoying mailman.

But it wasn't the mailman.

Oh, damn

It was a guy.

A very hot guy.

He had olive-brown hair and caring green eyes.

"W-w-who are you?" I stammered

"I'm Makoto. Is Haru in?" He replied. His voice is so alluring, O Ghouls.

"Yeah, he's eating mackerel" I wheezed

"Alright" he said as he went in.

After I made sure he had went into the kitchen, I leaned against the wall and took a long breath.

What is wrong with you, Arima? ,I asked myself. Was I falling in love?

Makoto, somehow, managed to make Haru go to school and soon, we were walking to school.

When we arrived in class, the teacher was there to welcome me and I was introduced to the class. I sat beside Makoto after that.

>>After school

Three of us walked to the swim club together. According to Makoto (♥♥♥), the club was reopened last summer after many years of being closed.

When we arrived, I saw that two other swimmers were already there, waiting for us.

Makoto did the introductions"Introducing, Hazuki Nagisa and Ryugasaki Rei and this is Suzuki Arima"

Nagisa, the short blonde boy, looked at me with excited wide eyes.

"Doyouknowhowtoswimwillyoubejoiningourclub?!" He blabbered

"Nagisa stop! She's new!" Makoto defended me

I noticed a light pink tone creeping up to his cheeks.

"Ummmm... I can swim... But.... Not that good though" I explained

"What do you mean?" Rei, the blunette boy in glasses, asked.

"I can swim but I'm very slow. When swimming free, I literally fall behind everyone" I said. I saw Haru flinch. "And when I swim Breaststroke, I sink too much" Nagisa gasped. Rei looked at me with hopeful eyes and I knew what it meant. "I seriously don't know how to swim butterfly" Rei looks away in disappointment. "Which leaves me with backstroke, which I'm pretty good at but once again, I may point out that I'm pretty slow"

"It's alright, we can teach you, Ari-chan. Right, guys?" Nagisa confidently said.

They all agreed.

"Don't you need a swimsuit?" Haru, once again, monotonously said.

"Yeah I brought one." I replied, opening my backpack. "Where is the changing room?"

-Time skip to when they start practice-

I kicked as hard as possible but I was still slow.

Makoto had just taught me how to kick faster in backstroke. But it was harder to do it than expected.

-Time skip again because the author has run out of ideas-

Haru had decided to stay behind to swim more and Makoto wanted to walk me home.
