Moving... To Denmark?!

What Happened?

I turn around and there are two 8 grade boys following me. They give me an evil smile. I walk faster and one of them grabs my shoulder and throws me to thee ground. One of them kicks me and the other one almost does but I move and stand up. I run down the hall and then see Benjamin. I run towards him and hide behind him. He looks at me then a point over to the boys and Benjamin looks at them. The boys come over to us and we start running back to our classroom.

The lunch bell rings and I head to my locker. I grab Benjamin's arm and he looks at me and says,

"It's ok. They won't hurt you."

I grab my lunch and head to the cafeteria. I eat my lunch in peace and go through my day not saying anything.

I'm walking home with Benjamin and he says,

"You've been awfully quiet today."

"I just don't feel like talking." I mumble.

Benjamin stops and gives me a hug. I hug him, too, and he kisses the top of my head. We get to our houses and say goodbye. I run up to my room and put my backpack on my desk chair. I decide to tan since its sunny and hot out. I put on a pink bikini to, black spandex shorts and sunglasses. I put on sun tan lotion and grab my phone and ear buds then sit on a fold out chair on my terrace.

2 hours later, someone kisses my forehead. I gasp and see it's Benjamin. I turn off my music and take out my ear buds.

"Hey, what's up?" Ben asks.

"Nothing. You?" I ask.

"I just wanted to talk about today."

"Um, ok."

"I just wanted to you to know, I won't let those boys hurt you. I love you, and you know that." Benjamin says.

We stare at each other. He gives me a kiss, then leaves. I sigh and go on my back to tan for 2 more hours. After 2 hours, my mom calls me down for dinner. I put back on my regular clothes and head downstairs. I eat and go back upstairs to call my friends. I call April and we talk for a little bit. After a while we hung up and I put on pajamas and grab my phone. I set it to 5:30 because I want to go for a run. I set my alarm and go to sleep.
