Chapter 4 - Meeting Dr Green and Mr Blackbourne

By Friday came round i was exhausted with going to school then home work then going to work at the diner then my foster dad and foster brother coming in my room at night i was done in nearly a week i managed to earn at least $200 but not enough to get my own place i was walking threw the school halls after lunch looking for my Japanese class this was the first time i had the class as the teacher Dr Green was away i couldn't wait i love learning new languages growing up in care i turned to the library and all kind of different book's. I found the class room and found a seat near the back as i sat down i noticed everyone was whispering and looking my way i shrugged it off and concentrated on my book in front of me the air shifted next to me as i turned i saw it was Victor "hi Jacelynn" i smiled and waved my hand then the door opened and in stepped the most gorgeous man i've ever seen he was about 6ft with blond short hair his eyes were sparkling blue he smiled at everyone "Kon'nichiwa kurasu konki, watashitachiha kihon o watashinonamaeha hakase gurīn sa rete gakushū sa remasu" He chuckled "Good afternoon class this term we will be learning the basics my name is Dr Green i would like everyone to turn to there right and the person  who is next to you will be your partner for this class now i would like you all to say your name and what your hobbies are there is a list on the sheet i'll be passing out concentrate and no mucking about" he started passing the sheets out i turned to Victor and smiled "looks like you have me Jacelynn" i smiled we looked down the sheets and i knew what i wanted to write was on here i started to write down while Victor was watching me i nodded my head to say you first he smiled "Watashinonamaeha bikutā to watashihapiano o hajiku no ga suki" (My name is Victor and i like to play Piano) i handed him my paper which said "Watashinonamaeha watashi ga yomu no ga daisuki Jacelynn to dansudesu" (My name is Jacelynn and i love to read and dance and play violin) i was suddenly startled when Dr Green was at my desk with hand on his hips "i'm afraid this won't be tolerated young lady you must say the words and not write it down" some kids chuckled at my embarrassment and i saw Victor Stiffen i quickly grabbed my paper "Watashi wa zan'nen hakase gurīnda watashi wa myūto gozen hanasu koto wa dekimasen" (i'm sorry Dr green i am mute) i handed him my paper and shrunk back into my seat i noticed Dr green look at me with what seem to be a concerned look i shrugged it off "i apologise Miss Jacelynn i was not informed about you as i can see you do really well in Japanese and it will be an honour having you in my class" he walked away back to his desk Victor looked at me "are you okay" i smiled then nodded my head exhaustion settling into my bones.

Once the bell rang i left for my Violin class with a Mr Blackbourne on the way there i stopped and got my Violin from my locker it was my pride and joy my mother loved this violin as it was hers as a young girl when she died it was one thing i wanted with me always i walked to my class and knocked on the door "Come in" i walked in and my breath got caught there stood Mr Blackbourne in all his glory his grey eyes were cold as ice his hair was black and perfect his suit matched him grey fitted and perfect to this man was perfection "you must be Jacelynn am i right?" i nodded my head the door opened and in came Dr Green "ah hi Jacelynn i will be here with you okay Owen she is mute" he looked at me curiosity in his grey steel eyes "okay can you play" i nodded my head "okay can you play a song for me" i nodded again i took my violin out "is that a Scott Cao Violin" i nodded again i stood in the middle of the room and closed my eyes feeling my Violin in my hands and under my chin i Played my damn hardest the song i was playing was soulful and damn right sad it was called Musica Muy Triste my mothers favourite. I got Lost in my music all the memories of my mother and father smiling at me then the horrors of care i have been threw i felt tears on my cheek i stood there silently crying for the childhood i lost, lost in my music forgetting everyone around me.

Once I stopped playing it all came crashing round me where i was and who i am with i set my Violin down and wiped my eyes I saw Mr Blackbourne staring at me with wonder and pain in his eyes i heard a sniffle i turned to Dr Green he had the same pain in his eyes but a few tears were let loose i went towards him i bent down and with my finger i wiped of his tears i brought my hand to his and lifted it up i put it towards my heart i smiled gently and letting him know with my eyes i'm okay and i will be eventually Dr Green moved his hand and wiped my stray tear and smiled back at me with understandment. I moved back to my violin and waited for Mr Blackbourne to talk "That was amazing Miss Jacelynn you are outstanding the bell will be ringing but i would like you to come back on Monday and show me music you can play is that okay" i nodded i took my pen and paper out "i will love to play more songs for you Mr Blackbourne thank you for being my teacher this year." i handed it over him "you welcome Miss Jacelynn" the bell had rang i picked up my violin and walked towards the door i turned back around and smiled and waved i left to go catch the bus.

When i finally got home i started on dinner then i ran upstairs and jumped in the shower after five minutes or so i started to get ready for my shift at the diner i ran back downs stairs and set the table i pulled out the pot roast and started serve it i heard footsteps going to the dinning room i new i had to be quick before i get a beating or much worse. I managed to serve everyone Anna looked at me "go to your room Jacelynn" i nodded my head and went to my room i locked the door and climbed out of my window and ran to the diner. Uncle greeted me with a huge smile i smiled back he was truly amazing man "okay Jacelynn your back on the til today" i nodded my head i went to the til and started serving an hour later i saw Kota and Luke and North and Gabe come to the Front they saw me "Jacelynn i didn't realized you work here" i nodded my head and wrote on my note pad "i started Monday" "ah i see you met my Nephews Jacelynn" i looked at him i wrote down on my pad "who is your nephew" he saw my question and stood next took Luke and North "these are my boys" i smiled i had a customer so i served her the boys went out to the back the boys looked at me and smiled there eyes full of curiosity the next few hours i worked hard it seemed like it would never stop the diner was really busy for a Friday finally i finished and went to say goodbye to Uncle.
