You stared down at the positive pregnancy test in your hand, unsure of how to feel about it. You had suspected you were pregnant for a while but you still couldn't quite believe it. You and Roman had only been dating for a few years and you weren't sure about how he would react to such news. You grabbed your phone from your back pocket and hovered over Roman's number, wondering if you should call him

Your nerves eventually got the better of you and you decided to text Seth instead

 Seth was one of your best friends and you knew you could trust him

You knew that you should've told Roman fist but you were scared and you needed reassurance

You spent the next 10 minutes texting back and forth with Seth and you arranged to meet up to talk to him in person. If anyone could put your mind at ease and talk some sense into you it was Seth.

You arrived home after having lunch with Seth and felt a lot better about everything. Roman was sitting on the couch and you made your way over to him ''Hey babe''

''When were you going to tell me?'' 

''Tell you what?'' you asked

''About you and Seth'' Roman replied 

''Me and Seth?'' you asked confused ''What about us?''

''You're fucking him aren't you?'' Roman accused ''You've been cheating on me, with him''

''No of course not!" You answered "Why would you think that?'' 

''Don't deny it, I saw it with my own eyes'' Roman said

''I'm not sure what you think you saw but nothing's going on between Seth and I'' you replied

''Am I not enough for you anymore or something?'' Roman asked 

''Roman'' you said as you sat down next to him ''Listen to me. I am not cheating on you''

''Then why have you been sneaking around with him?'' Roman asked ''What's with the constant text's and calls?''

''I was freaking out about something and I needed Seth's advice'' you explained

''Then why couldn't you just talk to me?'' Roman asked

''I panicked''

''Panicked about what?''

"I'm pregnant'' you reveled

You watched as Roman's facial expression softened. His whole body relaxed

''I know I should have told you first but you weren't here" you explained "I met up with Seth and he put my mind at rest about everything. He told me you'd be happy and that i had nothing to worry about''

''He's right'' Roman confirmed ''I'm sorry I jumped to conclusions. I got my wires crossed''

''It's alright''

''I'm going to be a dad?'' Roman asked as he placed his hand on your stomach

''You're going to be a dad'' you confirmed
