Yesterday Tris and the girls had gone shopping for their prom dresses. So today I'm going to ask Tris if she wants to go on a date with me tonight. Right now we're in art with Mr.Wells, and today he gave a free day so that we could do whatever we wanted as long as it was artistic. I know exactly what I'm going to do too. I'm going to make a cute little poster thing asking Tris to go on a date with me tonight. I remember she told me her favorite colors are red and black, I have an idea on how this is going to look. I just hope it turns out good.

Tris

I'm actually really excited for Friday night and I heard that Chris is the one who gets to Design the theme for the prom. I need to ask her if she figured out how she's going to design it.

Right now we have art and today Mr. Wells is letting us have a free day.

I go over to Uriah to see what he making because he looks really concentrated on his picture. I peek over his shoulder to see what he's making and he immediately covers it up.

"No, no, no missy this is a surprise." Uriah says sassily.

"Damn is someone moody." I say laughing.

"No, I've just a got a surprise for you." He says with a smile, and I saw this look in his eyes that I've never seen before. That look made me get all warm and gooey inside.

"Ok, then I guess I'll see you later." I say giving him a quick kiss on the cheek.

I smile and go back to my painting.

Chris

I have finally chosen what the theme for prom will be, I've decided on a Masquerade look. So the girls and I will have to go shopping for masks, YAY! I mentally squeal to myself.

I'm in study hall right now and I look up and a lot of the students even the teacher are given me weird looks.

"What?" I ask completely oblivious.

"Why are you squealing?" The teacher asks me. Shit I guess I wasn't mentally squealing.

"Oops, sorry Mrs. Barnett, I just had a great idea and it involves shopping. I promise that will never happen again."(A/N that's actually the Study Hall teacher at my school)

I need to find Tris like immediately so that I can tell her we need to go shopping and its major important like life or death and hopefully she won't mind the extra shopping spree.

I don't think I've ever thought of anything as good as this and let's just say I've got my days where I don't even believe that I came up with the idea myself.

So I want to do an outdoorsy look but with masquerade masks involved, so basically it's just gonna have the masquerade masks.

For the outdoorsy part of the theme I'm gonna do 'Beneath The Stars' look, I just need to find the perfect venue for it.

I know will have some ideas for decorating it and maybe even her mom, I'm just glad her mom has come back from her trip and has experience in the designer field so I will have professional help with this.

It will be perfect. I just know it.

Finally I have perfected the picture for Tris. I let it dry, I got tired of waiting so I decided to just use the hair dryer that we can use to get projects moving faster.

I hope she likes it and says yes.

I have everything planned out. I'm gonna take her out to see a movie and it's one she's been dying  to see. I'm taking her to see The 5th Wave, I've heard it's like a great movie and it's sorta a romance thing too but I don't really care anything for Tris.

I finally finished drying the painting and I see Tris sitting at her table reading The 5th Wave.

I walk over and get behind her. I lean over and put the picture in front of the page she was reading. I move back and she turns around and looks up at me, she starts to shake her head yes.

I smile and kiss her.

Not a peck.

Nothing heated either.

But passionately. She puts her arms around my neck and I cup her cheeks.
(A/N: Facial cheeks you naughty people!)

Its not until a couple minutes later that I hear a soft cough come from someone behind us.

I pull away and look behind us to see Mr. Wells with his arms crossed glaring at us.

"I shouldn't have to tell you this but no PDA in school." He says as calmly as possible.

We both nod and say a quiet sorry.

"If I see that again I will be forced to take action and fix the matter," Mr.Wells says " that can result in a phone call and detention, do you understand?"

Yes, we say while nodding.

"Very well then, pack up you will be leaving any moment."

I go over to my station and put up everything that I got out and pack up the few things I brought for class. Which was nothing but a pencil.
(A/N: I swear that's like everyday for me and math and the whole PDA thing😂)

The bell rings and I go over to Tris and we leave together.

Only two more classes till the end of the day, I think.

"I know then we can go home and relax." Tris says and I look at her confused.

"Oh, I spoke out loud didn't I?" I ask her and she nods with a toothy grin and all I can do is smile. I kiss her cheek and she blushes.

"So, for this date how should I dress?"
"Casual, but not too casual so don't wear your footy pajamas." I tell her jokingly.

"Hey!" She yells while punching me in the arm, well attempting a punch. "You love them and you know it." She laughs at her self and so do I because its true I do love her rainbow and unicorn footies.

"So I'll pick you up at say 8 tonight?"

"Yeah, sounds good see you then." She yells before going into class.

A/N

The very long awaited update OK so I'm planning on just making this two parts, sound good.

So I like never really noticed until later that they had never gone on a date I thought what not a better time then when prom comes up.

I'm going to do my best and get more updates out but I only have internet every once and a while because my brother broke his tablet and we've had some problems with AT&T.

But I'll do my best love you guys.

BTW remember I'm a crappy write and I've forgot all my ideas for this chapter because I've been super busy with school, so it sounds really dumb.
