Prologue
Since she was young she wondered what had happened that gotten her parents taken away.
What did they do? she thought.
She asked her older sister plenty of times but, every time her sister would reply , "Your to young to understand!" she yelled. When would she be old enough? she thought.

Claire POV
After a while I was starting to get sick of it, sick I let almost three years past,and not finding out the truth. It's really the not knowing that got me. They were my parents, how could I not know about them! she thought.
As it was nearing close to her sixteenth birthday, she sumed up the courage to ask her sister.
I tried to stay appeased and said, " Sis, can I finally know what happened?"
" I'm in the middle of something we can talk later" she replied.
" Honestly stop, ok? I can handle it!" I hollered.
That's when I noticed her tears streaming down her face.
More camly I said," Sis please!".
" They got taken because... because they went crazy both of them" tears were stilling coming down. "What do you mean crazy ?" I asked as my vision started to get blurry as well.
" They had gotten the Flare."
