In a Henderson court house two drug addicts were being arraigned. "Let's see two counts of drug possession , two counts of child neglect and endangerment how do they plead" the judge asked. "Not guilty on all charges".  "Your honor based on these charges the child should be taking away and entrusted to the state" the lawyer said. "You're not taking my daughter away she's mine!!!" the lady yelled out as the judge banged his gavel.

"Ms. Rumley you say that you love your child than why was she found roaming the streets in a diaper that hadn't been changed or why she has bruises all over her face and body. I agree with the courts I will put an order of protection on the child making sure you don't hurt her again" and the judge banged his gavel. They left the court room as the mother screamed and shouted at the judge and lawyer.

At the hospital the lawyer went to see the child in question.  In the room the child was being examined. "Ms. Klinger how nice to see to you. I heard you're prosecuting the parents of baby Jane" she stated.  "The parents never named the child!!" the lawyer replied in shock. "In all honesty nobody knows her name and the parents were too high to even care what her name is" the nurse remarked.

"How is she? thou" the lawyer inquired. "Some healed fractures, underweight, serve diaper rash, and scared to even be touched" the nurse replied.
"Yea the mother would smacked the child when she cried or made a beep I'll be amazed if someone will want her" the lawyer replied.  As the attorney was leaving she ran into one of her old boyfriends Costa.

"Cindy hello there" he said smiling. "Costa Sarantakos as I live and breathe what are you doing here Criss get hurt doing another illusion" she inquired. "I wish Criss's appendix burst he's hooked up to a breathing machine and he may need a kidney transplant if the infection shuts down his only kidney". "I'll be praying for him and your family tell your mom and JD I said hi".  She gave him a hug and left.
