Chapter 1

Minhee's POV

"I like you." he whispered in my ear with that husky voice of his.

''Wh-What?'' I stuttered. Oh God, I'm so awkward shit shit shit.

The black haired boy leaned over to my face and closed his eyes.

"Uhm a-are you sure this is-"

"Shh," he placed his index on my lips, "it's gonna be okay."

My face got even hotter from all the blushing as I was pressed against the wall.

As I was about to follow his lead and close my eyes as well, a familiar and catchy sound brought me back to reality.

*RING DING DONG RING DING DONG RING DIGGY DING DIGGY DING DING DING*

Opening my eyes to stare at my room's green mint colored walls, I cursed under my breath and internally screamed.

OMGOSH YOU'VE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME FUCK MY LIFE IT WAS GOING SO WELL WHYYY

Shitty alarm, screw you.

Wait what if I went back to sleep? Maybe I could continue dreaming😏

But before I could even close my eyes, Jay barged into my room, with his toothbrush sticking out of his mouth.

"GET YOUR LAZY ASS OFF THE BED GODDAMNIT IT'S 7"

Wow he actually managed to articulate that with a toothbrush in his mouth.

"You just said that out loud." the boy said.

I slowly got out of bed and hopped in the shower, enjoying the only source of warmth on this frisky Monday of April.

I proceeded to do my morning routine, while my best friend (and roommate) was already done and was watching a new episode of Spongebob Squarepants in the living room.

"Jay! Can you make breakfast for me?" I shouted from my room, on the second floor.

"NOPE," he shouted back.

"Ugh fine." I muttered to myself.

Quickly combing my hair, I decided to let them down for today. It'll make some change from my usual messy bun.

When I was done, it was already 7:30. But we still had time to get to school since we live two blocks away from it.

I was greeted as usual by my dog as soon as I got downstairs. I bent down and pat his head.

"Yumi-yah~ how are you today~?" I asked him then gave him a quick peck.

He barked and ran to Jay, only to jump on his lap.

Yumi is a really beautiful siberian husky. So beautiful that I mistook him for a female. I didn't see his uhm.. penis.

In fact, when I first saw him, I immediately thought he was a female so the name Yumi came up to me.

I realized he was a male only after a while but I was already used to calling him Yumi so I didn't change it.
