So why care about the followers? If someone asked you to do a follow for follow or they just force you to follow them, don't do it. When you make a deal to someone to follow you, keep one thing in mind. They're only doing it from what they can get from you. In my mind the most important part about the follower is they can be your friend and reader as well. So only follow those friends/readers or your favorite author, not the one who just wanted was to gain more.
Another thing, if you followed a bunch of wattpaders, your notifications will be messy and you will not able to stalk your friends or favorite authors anymore.
