Why?

Chapter 5 - Rainy Day

You wouldn't mind if it were your parents who called since they have to be really worried but you didn't expect it to be Jin.
The two of you rarely phone each other and that's why you were so surprised you almost let your phone fall.
'Why is he calling me? How did he even know I'm not home?', you wondered.
At this exact moment the phone rang again. And guess who it was...
"Yeoboseyo?", you asked.
"Soyeon this is Jin! Where are you?", he asked worriedly.
"I was locked into the school and my battery died."
"What happened?"
"I'll tell you later! Just pick me up for now.", you said not wanting to spend any more time with Jungkook alone when your feelings are going crazy.
"I'll get going.", you said not looking at Jungkook.
"Bye then nerd!", it was like you heard a small sadness in his voice but you thought it was your imagination.
You went to the exit and fortunately it opened right away.
Outside you could see Jins car immediately and rushed there.
You sat down and put the seatbelt on when Jin shouted at you.
"Were you with him the whole night?!", he screamed while pointing at Jungkook who was just leaving the school.
"Yes but it's not what you think it is.", you murmured while blushing.
"What the hell were you thinking Soyeon!", he shouted louder now.
"I was thnking nothing! The f****** door was locked! What do you think I should've done?! And Jin! I'M NOT YOUR GIRLFRIEND! So you can leave me alone!", you let out the anger you felt the whole time.
"Fine", he said suddenly calm but it sounded creepy for you, "get out of the car."
"What?", you couldn't believe this, "but it's raining like crazy and it's like 50 degress outside!"
"Get your f****** ass out of my car!", his shouting almost gave you a heart attack.
You opened the door and closed it with a loud 'bang'.
As soon as you stepped in the rain you were totally soaked with water and started shivering.
'What should I do?', you asked yourself.
You heard Jin started the car again and as he passed you he drove through a puddle.
He was really angry. But why?
You started walking down the street but a few minutes after someone pushed on their cars horn.

(/Jungkook's PoV/)
You were leaving the school building as you saw Soyeon was already seated next to Jin in his car and started to feel jealousy.
'Has she really forgotten what happened yesterday?', you wondered.
You were kinda angry because it was like before.
Though, it was your fault 'cause you behaved in that disgusting manner again hoping she forgot.
'You have to decide if you want her to know the truth, Jungkook!', you thought.
You were finally entering your car and sat down.
You were totally drenched in water but you didn't mind. You saw the two of them drive away and waited a few more minutes before departing.
A few minutes later you saw a girl walking down the street wothout even wearing a coat.
And the rain got heavier.
As you got closer to the girl you recognized it was Soyeon.
'Why is she out there? And where did Jin go?', you asked yourself.
You pushed the car's horn so she would notice you but you gave her half a heart attack.
"Okay I will tell her!", you whispered.
You rolled down the window on her side and said "Hop in!"
She didn't even say anything, she just entered the car and looked at me with thankful eyes.
Through the rain you couldn't see she was crying but she certainly was.
"What's wrong?", you asked while finding yourself carressing her cheek.
"Why are you so friendly again.", she asked in disbelieve.
'I guess I have to tell her everything', you thought.
"Let me explain", you said while looking at her with puppy eyes.

(/Soyeon's PoV/)
You just realized you were already in front of your house and he stopped the car when he suddenly carressed your cheek what made you forget his question for a second.
"Why are you so friendly again?", you asked.
"Let me explain", he looked at you with puppy eyes wich let you melt away.
"Go on.", you said and were curious.
"So at first I want you to know that I don't hate you! I started bullying you because you look exactly like my mother and I couldn't stand the pain. But now I want to be near you and see you every moment. I don't know what exactly happened, but it's like that now. Lee Soyeon I don't hate you! I love you!", he said sincerely.
You couldn't believe this.
'Yesterday wasn't a dream! It was all true! Omo and he feels the same as me!', you celebrated in your head.
But you didn't let it show on the outside you just looked at him with big eyes.
You also realized he was closing in to you. And you were cheering inside.
You started to close in too and you could feel his breath the moment before your lips touched.
The moment your lips met you could feel your heart burst in happiness.
