Why?

Chapter 10 - Plain [Final]

That night you were sleeping in his bed in his embrace.
You stayed awake longer than him but you thought it was too cute how he acted when he slept.
He was talking gibberish and pulled you into his arms while resting his hands on your waist.
And you had to admit that you were very comfortable with it.
After some time you fell asleep too and woke up the next day looking at Jungkook who stared back with half opened eyes.
"You're cute when you're asleep.", he whispered and gave you a peck on your forehead.
"Don't tell me I'm cute!", you flicked his forehead and you laughed together.
"Are you hungry?", he asked.
Your stomach growled making it unnecessary to even answer.
You two giggled again.

Jungkook went out of the bedroom first to prepare breakfast and you went to get ready for the day.
As you went into the kitchen you wondered why there wasn't any food.
"What's going on?", you asked and looked at Jungkook who was now wearing a pair of Jeans and a plain white t-shirt.
"I said I had a surprise."
Now you realized there was a pic-nick basket behind him.
You smiled and grabbed his hand tightly.
"Let's go!"

You already were in the car for two hours but it was nice because the scenery was amazing.
The sun was shining brightly with not even a single cloud being seen and some rays of light broke through the leaves of the trees which were lining the street.
Since you departed you haven't even seen any other car what made you wonder at first but now it didn't interest you anymore.
"Come on Jungkook! Tell me!", you begged for the 100th time.
"Just 5 minutes left okay?", he asked.
You suddenly felt more excited knowing you were almost there.
After that 5 minutes he stopped the car in front of a wide field of purple and white flowers.
"Oh My God! This is so beautiful!", you screamed and hugged Jungkook tightly.
Then you put your hands around his neck, tip-toed and kissed him passionately.
"Let's go", he said and grabbed your hand as you did before.
He brought you to the very middle of the meadow and placed a blanket on the ground so you could sit beside the flowers.
Then he placed all the food on the blanket and sat down next to you.
You didn't expect him to do that but he pulled you to sit on his lap and so you did a picnick in that beautiful scenery and you knew you would never forget this moment.
You turned your head a little so you could look at him.
"Jungkook! Thank you so much for giving me this beautiful day. This is the best day of my whole life!"
He didn't answer but just kissed you.
"That's not all!", he said as he pulled back to take a breath.
Your eyes started to sparkle.
"What is it now?"
"Since I met your parents how about visiting mine?", he asked.
You remembered his parents died so you wondered how you should meet them but he just stood up and helped you to do the same.
You packed all your things and went back to the car.

Half an hour later you were at the entrance of an cemetery.
So that is what he meant.
He lead you through all the grave stones finally stopping at one that showed the names of Jungkook's parents.
"Hello, Omma, Appa.", he said, "I came to introduce you to my beautiful girlfriend Lee Soyeon."
"Anyeonghaseyo.", you said brightly.
Jungkook smiled brightly at you looking happy to visit his parents.
You were at the cemetary for hours that day.

On your way home the sky suddenly darkened with big dark grey clouds and it immediately started raining so hard that you had difficulties to see the road.
After a few moments there suddenly appeared the lights of a truck right in front of you and seconds later the crash happened and everything went pitch black.

(/Jungkook's PoV/)
Everything around you exploded.
Glass was everywhere.
You only had one thought: Soyeon.
She was at the side of the car that was most affected of the accident.
No!
You made it out of the car leaving blood everywhere.
The whole street was a mess.
The truck crashed on the right side of your car destrocing almost all of it.
Soyeon.
You tried to open the door to get her out of there but it wouldn't move.
You didn't pay any attention to the truck wich was burning and blocking the whole street.
You finally could open the co-driver's door and could see Soyeon.
Still alive but injured severely.
You pulled her out of the car what made her groan in pain.
"Jungkook", she whispered so softly you could barely understand her.
"I'm here", you said kneeling on the floor with her in your arms.
"Jung... Kook.", she said again finally opening her eyes.
Her whole body was covered in blood.
"Don't worry.", you said to calm her down, "everything's alright."
You tried to smile but it didn't work.
'What should I do?', you wondered desperatly.
"Stay... Please! Soyeon!!!!", you said when she lightly closed her eyes.
She opened them again halfway.
She could even bring the power to lift her hand and caress your cheek lightly.
Like a feather.
"I... I love you.", she said shedding one single tear wich made a clear stroke through the lines of blood on her face.
She closed her eyes.
"So... Soyeon!!!", you screamed shaking her body wich now lay in your arms lifelessly.
"Soyeon!",  you screamed with a voice filled with blank pain.
You cried heavily as something on the side of the street drew your attention.
A girl facing you with her back was standing there.
She was barefooted and wearing a long white dress.
Her dark brown hair was waving down her back reaching the middle of it.
You didn't need to see her face to know it was Soyeon.
You reached out your hand in her direction.
But she dissappeared.
You could hear her voice in your head.
"I will always love you Jungkook."
She was gone.
You looked up at the sky letting the rain hit your face immediately.
"Omma, Appa, please take good care of Soyeon.", you said while the sirens of an ambulance came closer.
Too late.

I finally got to update and finish this fanfiction.
I had pretty much fun writing this and I hope you all enjoyed.
