Chapter 2

Kaylee's POV:

     When I walk out I see Jason waiting outside of his car staring into space at the bushes to the side of my house. He looked very excited he was dressed comfy as well today wearing khaki skinny jeans,Nikes,and a black and red hoodie. As I approached the passenger side and opened the door he snapped out of his trance.
"OMG Kaylee guess what!" Jason half yelled getting into the drivers side.
"What's up dork?" I chuckled to my best friend as I got into the passenger seat.
Jason started the car and as he pulled out of my drive way he rushed out "We got a new transfer student and I heard she is smoking hot! Apparently she's from Chapman highschool!"
"Ew you mean rich kid land? She's probably a snob" I replied harshly.
With that Jason shut his mouth and continued driving silently knowing its probably true since they are known to be jerks around town.

-10 minutes later-

Jason and I pulled into the school parking lot and parked the car. Letting out a small sigh I mumbled to myself "back to hell" before stepping out of the car. I hugged Jason and walked towards school. Making my way through the crowded main hub I finally made it too my locker opening it I grab my books and head to my first period which is English. I take my normal seat in the back watching the students rush in as the bell rings. Our teacher Mrs.Davis walks in with another girl and man was she pretty. She was shy I could already tell as she kept her gaze on the ground walking behind the teacher.
Mrs. Davis cleared her throat loudly and said "Attention everyone this is Victoria Kelly she is new too the school, and she is from Chapman highschool so please be nice to her"
With that Victoria's head shot up and she lightly smiled at everyone "hello everyone.... Um my n-name is Victoria b-but I perfer to go by Tori" she stuttered out. Man I couldn't seem to get out of the trance I was in she had to be about 5'4, her blond really curly hair was so perfect, she was wearing black ripped skinny jeans with a red Nike hoodie, and a pair of black/white Nike Blazers.
"She's cute I thought to myself... Wait cute? Did I really just think that about her?? She's from chapman she can't be this nice there is no way, and she's a girl!!"
I was snapped out of my thoughts when  I heard my name "you can take the empty seat by Kaylee" Mrs. Davis pointed at me and I felt a bunch of eyes looking my way. When my eyes met Tori's my heart skipped a beat she smiled lightly at me her dimple showing with her perfect white teeth. I broke my gaze and blushed lightly as she took her seat next to me.
"Hi you're Kaylee? Nice too meet you I'm Tori" she said with a lot of confidence
"She's a snob my mind told me"
I agreed with it and looked at her with a straight face.
"Cool story bro." I said as harsh as possible
Tori's smile faded and she looked away with a hurt look in her eyes. I mentally slapped myself I should've been nicer and given her a chance....to late now.

Tori's POV:
"Hi you're Kaylee? Nice to meet you I'm Tori" I say as confident as possible trying not to stutter man she's cute....
"Cool story bro" Kaylee replied harshly.
My face fell I didn't expect her to be rude but I guess I should've known coming from a rich kid school... But I'm not like the kids at Chapmen that's why I left too come here. I kept my eyes glued to the front of the classroom. I couldn't focus my thoughts were all racing through my mind. "Here we go again" I mumbled to myself hoping no one heard me.
