Kaylees' POV:

I got out of bed quickly grabbing my car keys and phone trying to be as quiet as possible. I walked down the stairs as soon as my younger sister walked out of the kitchen. I thought she was asleep!

"Shit" i mumbled.

"Where are you going?" my sister whisper yelled at me.

"To see Tori i don't have time for this tell mom i don't care" i stated i knew my sister was going to tell my mom but i didn't care i needed to see if my girlfriend was okay first.

"I'm telling mom unless you do something for me." my sister stated stopping me in my tracks.

"And what would that be?" i questioned.

"You buy me ice cream because i'm craving it badly" my sister said.

"Really that's all you could've just asked and i still would've bought it for you" i laughed out grabbing my wallet off the side table and unlocking the door.

"Oh... okay and i promise cover for you if mom wakes up." My sister hugged me lightly before letting go and walking upstairs.

"Also be careful please?" she stated nervously.

"I promise and thank you but i gotta go goodnight sis." i said walking out of the door and getting into my car. I really need to see if Tori is okay.

Tori's POV:

I stopped crying but i felt empty inside the fact my dad really hit me hurts so much. I love Kaylee with all my heart why can't they just be happy for me? my phone continued to vibrate with texts from my family but i couldn't respond my heart felt like it was crushed into a million pieces. i was brought out of my thoughts when Kaylee knocked on my window. i unlocked the car and let her get in before locking it again to make sure we were safe.

"Baby are you okay?" Kaylee asked pulling me into a hug.

a few tears escaped my eyes "Basically my parents set me up my mom wanted to "talk" but my dad was hiding in the hallway to hear the conversation."

"What did they ask babe?" Kaylee said wiping my tears off my cheeks with her thumbs i could hear how worried she was becoming.

"She asked if we were together i got really nervous and was going to deny it so we could tell her together... b-but" i sobbed slightly. Kaylee grabbed my hand reassuring me it was okay.

"She connected the pieces i had to tell her and my dad h-he hit me..." i finished looking down at my lap.

Kaylee placed her hand under my chin making me meet her grey eyes. She connected our lips and i could feel the passion from her. the kiss ended after a few seconds but it was so perfect.

"Sorry... I just can't believe he would actually hit you" She said angrily.

"Me either" i sighed out.

"You're perfect Tori and your parents love you i hope you know that, yes i know hitting you doesn't say much but everything will be okay i promise i am always here by your side." Kaylee said touching the cheek were my father had previously hit.

"I love you so much" I stated.

"I love you too princess now how about i treat you too some ice cream and a movie since you deserve it?" she giggled while kissing my lips softly.

i decided to tease her and bit her bottom lip softly before pulling away. "Deal" i said getting out of my car leaving her behind stunned.

"You know i should just not get you ice cream now since you want to be a tease" she said grabbing my hand and walking into to target.
