Chapter 12

Tori's POV:

I woke up before Kaylee with her legs entangled with mine. Her chest rising and falling slowly as she sleeps, the sun barely shining through the blinds and on her face slightly making her facial features barely visible.  Her soft light pink lips were parted slightly and she was using one of her hands as support while the other was gripping around her wrist lightly. I slowly got out of bed to use the bathroom when i ran into Jenna in the middle of that hallway.

"Hey is Kaylee awake?" Jenna asked quietly.

"No not yet do you wan't me to wake her up?" i responded softly.

"No it's fine i'm gonna walk to Mc Donalds if you wanna come?" Jenna asked.

"What time is it?" i questioned.

"6:04 AM hurry up if your coming because i'm starving" she said walking down the stairs.

"Okay give me 10 minutes." i stated walking back into Kaylee's room grabbing one of her hoodies and a pair of black and grey Nike joggers. Maybe this will be a good short bonding time with her sister because i don't want to be on her bad side and cause anymore drama, plus i could really go for some food right now. I wrote a note to Kaylee saying we'll be back soon just in case she woke up while i was gone. I changed quickly shoving my wallet into the hoodie pocket and going to the bathroom to freshen up. Luckily my hair was still super curly like usually and still looked presentable. I practically ran down the stairs at the thought of food almost running into Jenna in the process.

"Slow down there speedy, you ready finally?" Jenna giggled shoving me slightly.

"Sorry let's go" i said slightly confused as to why she was being so nice suddenly.

We walked quietly to Mc Donald's until i got annoyed with the silence and decided to break it.

"So how are you?" i asked.

"Ew please don't be one of those people" She joked .

"Be one of what people?" i questioned.

"One of those people who asked stupid question's cause you're nervous." Jenna scolded me

"How did you know i was nervous?"  i asked kinda shocked at how she could read my emotions.

"Trust me i live with Kaylee anytime she talks about she you gets all nervous and says stupid things".

I blushed at the fact Kaylee get's nervous when talking about me. We walked for a few more moments in silence until we reached Mc Donalds. I opened the door for Jenna allowing her to walk in first and followed behind her. We reached the cashier and we're greeted by a boy who had to be about 17. He had dark brown hair that was in a pompadour type of style just longer in the front.

"What can i get for you beautiful girls this morning?" The boy who's name tag read Johnathan asked.

"Can i get a number 2 with a large iced caramel coffee?" Jenna asked nervously.

"Sure thing cutie and what about you babe?" he said meeting my eyes.

"Uh.... ill do the same but make it a total of 3 orders." I scoffed. Great one of these guys sorry not sorry i'm lesbian and in love with a beautiful girl.

"The total is going to be $15.27 today baby" he stated trying to sound cute.

i felt disgusted when he called me baby it made me super uncomfortable and annoyed. I handed him twenty dollars and waited for my change I really wasn't in the mood to deal with anyone right now i just wanted my food.
