Link's POV

I smiled weakly as I walked to my third hour class. First hour had gone well, though I was mostly watching Zelda from the corner of my eye the whole time so I didn't pay much attention to what Ms. Irene was saying, which didn't help me much since we were going to be doing a lab project pretty soon, so it was going to suck. Thankfully I had Zelda and I knew she'd help me out. My next hour, history, was pretty dull. I had actually fallen asleep during the lesson, but now I was happy. Ravio was going to be in my next hour and that made me extremely excited. I couldn't wait to see him again!!

I walked into the room and I saw a man sitting at the desk. I could see some eye makeup on his face and he had long ginger hair. He grimaced when I walked in and he sighed, looking at his computer.

"Ugh... Another snot-nosed brat coming into my class..." He growled.

I stopped in surprise and looked at him. This was a new reaction for me. Before when I walked into a new class the teachers met me with kindness... I guess I shouldn't have gotten used to that treatment. I cleared my throat and forced myself to smile kindly.

"Yeah, uh... I'm Link. I just moved here from-"

"I don't need or want to hear your entire life story!" he snapped, cutting me off mid-sentence, "Now go sit down somewhere."

I stood there in shock for a few moments before eventually walking over to an empty seat. I was sitting behind a girl with long raven hair. I blinked and looked at her, trying to get a read on her from where I was. I wanted to see her face, but I couldn't from where I was sitting.

I wonder what she looks like... I thought, leaning forward in my seat.

I turned as I heard the door open and Ravio walked in. I saw the teacher give him a glare and Ravio gave him a kind smile in return. The boy had his hood up, showing the bunny ears on it and the cool rabbit face on it. I smiled at him and the boy walked over to me, sitting beside me. Ravio set his bag down and looked at me.

"So, how's your day going?" He asked, pulling a sketchpad out of his backpack.

"Pretty good," I said truthfully, "but honestly this class messed me up. The teacher was pretty cruel when I walked in."

Ravio chuckled and pulled his hood on more, causing me to look at it closely. The bottom was trimmed with gold and the eyes were outlined in gold as well. The eyes on it were bright blue and the ears were long and looked well made. I wanted to ask him where he got the hoodie, but now wasn't the time.

"Yeah, Mr. Yuga is kind of a jerk," he said with a smile, "but if you get on his good side then he's really nice. Granted I'm not on his good side so he's pretty mean to me."

The girl turned around when Ravio said that. I blinked in surprise as I looked at her. She had dark purple eye shadow on and her eyes were a bright red. She was pale and very beautiful. She seemed almost like a polar opposite of Zelda.

"Ravio, you need to stand up for yourself against him," she stated, speaking as if she were talking to a child, "you shouldn't let him bully you like that!"

Ravio chuckled and shook his head slightly, opening the sketchbook and smiling.

"Yeah, well if I try to tell him to stop he'd just write me up and then I'd be in even more trouble. Trust me, Hilda, I'm fine," he said casually as if he wasn't bothered by the fact that he was bullied.

I had to admit, I admired his strength with that. If I was bullied I'd act out more violently than most people, but Ravio seemed like the type of person who would just ignore things like that. I really admired that. The girl, Hilda, sighed and shook her head.
