I stood in front of a set of double doors that the Hokage was behind and I was a nervous wreck. After seeing my reflection, I've had this horrible feeling in my stomach and I've been getting into my head imagining many negative things. Deep breath and let go of these thoughts, what ever happens, happens. As I'm preparing myself for the inevitable talk that was about to happen, Naruto just pushes the door open says, "Hey old man, we're back!" Even though I know how Naruto acts, I'm still amazed with how he can't show at least a little respect. Though with him opening the doors and walking in, the rest of us were kinda forced to follow him into the office.
In front of us sitting behind his desk was the Third Hokage, Hiruzen Sarutobi, with another team of ninjas in the office already. I stayed in the back of the group for once being glad I was so small. I looked at the other team and my face heated up when I realized this was team 8, meaning a certain Inuzuka was in the room. Peeking out from behind Sakura who I had pretty much used as a shield, much to her amusement, I spotted Kiba and he was looking right at me. Our eyes met and I saw curiosity flash in his eyes as they did and I tried to hide the blush I felt trying to burn my face. I saw Akamaru sitting on his head watching me curious but a little weary.
"Ah, Kakashi, I see that you and your team are back. How was it?" Lord Third asked with a smile. "It was a success. Also there is something I would like to talk to talk to you about later." Kakashi said in a voice that caught Kurenia's and the Hokage's attention. "Uh, who's that. She's pretty cute." Kiba said jabbing a thumb in my direction. At his comment I felt my face heat up and I hid behind Sakura again the back of her shirt/dress thing. "That did not just happen." I whispered embarrassed causing Sakura to chuckle and Naruto to laugh loudly. "Good one Kiba, Andi's all red now." he said still laughing and I sent Naruto a glare that he noticed and instantly shut up. I heard Sasuke start to snicker then cover it up with a cough.
Sighing, I stepped out from behind Sakura and all eyes were on me which made me very uncomfortable though after I took my hood off I felt Kurenia and Hiruzen tense. "So, is this the matter you wished to discuss Kakashi?" the Hokage asked not looking at looking at him as he studied me with careful eyes though I saw and felt no hostility from him, just caution. Kakashi nodded and said, "Yes, we found her about two miles from the village on our way back. She has no memory of how she got there and has not explained where she has come from." Lord Hokage just nodded and now I spoke up, "Why do I not feel any anger or hatred from you like I did from the rest of the people as we came here? What did I do to make them hate me?" I asked in a quiet hurt voice. The room was dead silent after I asked that with many eyes wide and others hooded. They knew something, and now I was afraid to know what they knew. "What is your name child?" Lord Hokage asked now looking at me a little warmer and I felt my heart free from some of the overwhelming pain, as if he was giving love to it all away. "Andi Fisher." I answered looking him straight in the eye. He nodded the looked at Kurenia and said, "Your team is dismissed, though I would like you to stay Kurenia." She nodded then looked at her team, "Go home and get some rest. Training starts early tomorrow." she said and they nodded before leaving, though as I watched them leave I saw Kiba look back at me curiously with Akamaru still on his head. Looking back at the Hokage suddenly felt nervous.
"Everything that is about to be said, stays in this room only. Do you understand?" Lord Hokage asked looking at Naruto, Sakura, Sasuke and I seriously. We all nodded and then Lord Hokage gave a small smile. "Now, Andi, can you explain where you came from please?" he asked gently and I felt hesitant because, WHO THE HECK IS GOING TO BELIEVE I CAME FROM ANOTHER WORLD?! Sighing I looked him straight in the eye and I can only hope he sees the honesty in my eyes as I tell him. "In coordination to here? I think I came from another world and believe me, I know how crazy that sounds." I said almost desperately because I don't want him to think I'm lying, I can feel Kurenia doesn't trust me and her distrust grew grew after that statement. Sakura's feelings are all over the map though Naruto I feel is pretty excited. Sasuke doesn't believe me, he thinks I'm lying and Kakashi I feel is a little on edge after hearing that. Lord Hokage though hasn't changed in his emotions. "And why do you say this child? You are correct in saying it is rather hard claim to believe." he said watching me with gentle welcoming eyes, urging me to explain. "I-I don't know if it's appropriate for me to explain while others are here, well, Naruto, Sakura and Sasuke at least. I-It could be dangerous." I said softly and instantly got protests from Naruto and Sakura though Sasuke just narrowed his eyes and his distrust grew a little bit. Lord Hokage nodded then looked at the three gennin. "Would you please wait out in the hall for a moment?" he asked though came out as a polite order. Sulkily, Naruto and Sakura nodded heading out with a slightly annoyed Sasuke falling.
