I'm so sorry for not updating this in so long. School, work, and writers block kinda prevented it from happening. So here is a double update. Hopefully I will be able to get more chapters up soon.

Andi's P.O.V.

I felt like something left my body at some point after I lost consciousness. It was  a really weird feeling, as though something was pulled out of my body leaving me feeling strangely empty and vulnerable. Everything is numb right now, the swirl of emotions I had felt before this was gone. It was almost peaceful, but now I felt blind. Suddenly, I'm violently thrown into a vision. Shadowy figures swirled around me, all of which had the same red marks on their faces. The silence was deafening and the blank dead stares they gave me made me feel very small and a pressure started growing in my chest. In the next instant, they all have blood splattered on them. A few give sadistic grins while others cower trying to escape. The next thing I know, I feel a tearing on my back and I heard a small psychotic giggle as I screamed in pain. "Found you, my dear sister. Now, time to wake up, and find me. Avenger our family." a male voice said in my ear before kicking me.

I jolted awake screaming in pain and fear looking around with wild eyes. I see the walls and the window of the hospital. Quickly examining my surroundings, I see that I'm safe. All to suddenly I fall back feeling extremely light headed. The door is slammed open as an Anbu jumps into the room quickly looking for an enemy only to see me grabbing my head and crying. He jumps out of the room and a doctor rushes in with a nurse close behind him. My head was killing me and my back felt like it was searing. The doctor rolls my over slightly and I  feel my face get slightly smothered in feathers as they look at my back. I can't hear anything, the pain is blinding and I can't focus on my surroundings until I hear a voice in my head.

"You must calm down my dear."

The voice was calm, strong, and grounded. That grabbed my attention instantly distracting me from the pain in my back. Opening my eyes, brown fills my vision and the soft caress of feathers brushes against my eyelids as they open. The feathers shift as I let out a pained sigh closing my eyes tightly again as I feel the cold sting of alcohol on my back where the searing was. I whimper gripping onto the sheets with an iron grip. The next thing I know, black surrounds me as the world fades away again.

2 hours later

I felt my heart shudder slightly as a gently rocking motion took over my body. It soon turned into a gently shaking as I was beginning to faintly hear a voice. "...di. Andi!" A voice shouts suddenly and my eyes snap open as I lift my head and find myself looking into the bright blue eyes of a certain blonde knucklehead. The worry in his eyes took me by surprise but at the same time made me feel guilty for some reason. Feeling how anxious and worried he wasn't something I was used to. I've been nothing but trouble for the whole team since I got here. Maybe Lord Hokage is right. My eyes looked away being able to continue looking into his eyes any longer. As I do, I see a brown bird with black spots on its long  neck and piercing crimson eyes watching me closely. There was a pause as we just stared into the others eyes, after a moment I jump back in surprise as it cocks its head to the side suddenly. That wasn't a very good idea though as I come to find out, because as I do, I yelp in pain and lay back down whimpering from whatever happened to my back. "Andi!" two worried voices said and I looked up again to see the whole team there, surprisingly, that included Kakashi.

'My dear, you mustn't move for a while. The wound on your back is just barely closed and could open again with quick movements.'

Looking around for the owner of the voice I couldn't see any other person in the room but I could tell the others heard the voice as well. The only difference is they looked at the bird. Following their gaze to the bird I tilted my head and raising my left eyebrow. "Did the bird just speak?" I ask still looking at the bird.
