The Beginning of the End

A dark few months had past, Mika and Yuu had caught up, but the raven haired boy realized he was missing something oh-so-dear to him.
"What..." He opened his eyes and looked around, a small crevice in the curtains had let a shaft of light shine down onto his eyes. A warm presence could be felt beside him.
"I slept with Mika... AM I GAY?" He shook his head when he realized the figure was sleeping soundly, under the blanket, it's head was small, and its height was... surprising.
He moaned lightly as he peeked under the blanket, and noticed a lilac haired... Angel? No. It was his squad leader... Shinoa Hiragii.
"Oi... Shinoa?" He shook her lightly and sighed as she didn't budge.
"You're pretty peaceful when you're asleep." He caressed her cheek and smiled like an absolute dimwit. He realized how he'd completely forgotten her, and her existence, what was he thinking?
"Yuu-san... Why?" He froze in place as he felt her cold, and tired breath brush past his ivory, silky and smooth skin.
"Good morning." He had a pained smile across his face as he smacked himself inwardly for waking her.
