The Truth

"Well, I guess I'm not human."
Yuu laughed as Akane crossed her arms.
"Well Krul told you about the seraph of the end, and how I am the most powerful since I have a demon and an angel inside me."
He kissed Akanes forehead.

"Whatever nerd."
She blushed and looked away in embarrassment.

Meanwhile Shinoa's jaw was wide open, one could insert a train if a train was given to them.
"You're not... What?"
She dropped to her knees and pointed at Akane.

"Well he's still my sweetheart. And he's like a father slash brother."
She embraced him and smiled back at the princess.

"A few people I know could learn from Akane."
He giggled like a girl, and enjoyed toying with Shinoa's puzzled expression.

"What..."
She stood up and blazed out the room, flustered and exhausted.

"You're always so gullible. That's why you almost died when I confessed."
She poked his cheek playfully and smiled like she was his mother.

"Baka."
He smiled, but it didn't last long, he dropped her on the bed and took off.
"I have to apologize. I'll see you later."

Meanwhile, Shinoa was sat in her room, arms around knees, on the floor, weeping like a child.

"Casual Shinoa. Hiding her feelings all the time."
The green eyed boy walked into the room, hands in pockets.
"You always push yourself around me, is Akane really that much of a challenge? Because in my eyes she isn't."
He poked her forehead and smiled to comfort the curled up girl.

"Why? Why did she put up with the embarrassment, but I couldn't? I only took it for a day, and lost it."
She sobbed, the kind of sobs that would break your heart if you were a caring person.

"Well, for a start, she didn't care who made fun of her, and she only cared for me, even though I always neglected her and acted annoying, she's like the person who stopped me from becoming that." He pointed at Shinoa and smirked, teasing her when she was vulnerable was so fun.

"You're so mean. Making fun of me when I'm like this."
She stopped crying and developed a smile, he read through the smile, realizing she was doing it so he'd leave.

"Again with the fake smile. Why don't you smile as hard as you cry or tease?"
He pouted, sitting next to the girl, wrapping his arm around her.

"It's hard to mask my self around you."
She moaned before looking up and staring into his eyes.

"I know. I planned on you fighting Akane, since you'd kill anyone who was my girlfriend, kinda like a Tsundere."
He smiled and kissed her forehead.
"Akane wasn't really my girlfriend, it was a phrase I used for her, because she was closer than family, but not as close as a wife. So naturally we dated, I think we forgot, because soon enough she called me brother, and was always talking to me about girl things."
He laughed and looked at her.
"I never had feelings, it's just that she was the only person there for me."
He kissed her cheek and smiled sincerely.
"You're a first too, at stealing my heart while making me feel wanted."

"I'm sorry I lost my cool when they made fun of me, just what if Shinya-nee was there? He'd kill you and say I deserve better."
She laughed and smiled back at him.
"I always loved you, I thought teasing you with love stuff was the only way I could find your feelings for me-"
She was cut off by a long and passionate kiss, which eventually, she melted into.

"I love you. Seriously."
He smiled after pulling away, blushing madly.

"I love you too."
She looked away and pouted.

"I'll make sure tomorrow is just for the two of us."
He patted her and walked out, smiling.
"Or maybe tonight?"
His voice faded around the corner with him.
