Chapter 3

"I'm pretty sure you know who I am since you just read an article about me but I'd rather introduce myself so hey I'm Dallas, Cameron Dallas" he said while laughing.

" Well hey Cameron I'm Aubrey" I said smiling.

"Well it's very nice to meet you Aubrey and may I say Aubrey is a very pretty name for such a pretty girl like yourself." He said and winked at me and than I started blushing and smiling uncontrollably.

I know I just met him but he is unexplainably handsome and from what I've seen so far very sweet and he's hilarious!

I love guys with a good sense of humor I don't like people who take things very seriously they're boring.

After a couple minutes of silence I realized I never replied to Cam. " Well thank you very much Mr.Dallas!" I said with a poch accent, just before the flight attendant's announcement:

"please everyone fasten your seat belts we are getting prepared to land." And with that Cam and I buckled our seat belts and had engaged in some small talks while the plane was landing.

When the plane landed me and cam both got off and headed to grab our luggage.

"So what brings you to Moorseville?" I asked out of curiosity. He grabbed his luggage and helped me with mine and then replied,

"Well actually my best friend lives here and since we are on a break from Magcon I decided to come visit him and his family. They are honestly like my second family."

"Oh ok cool"

just then he asked me the dreaded question,

"so what brings you here Aubs?"

I loved the fact that he gave me the nickname Aubs that is what all my close to friends and family call me and it makes me feel sorta at home even though I'm miles away or maybe, just maybe I'm right where I belong.

I felt that I could trust Cameron enough to tell him why I'm really here so I started explaining,

" Well actually I'm here to find my mom. When I was almost one my parents got divorced and being the man he is, my father fought for the custody of me and made sure I stayed with him. I would always ask him about my mother because I remembered nothing about her but I could never get him to tell me anything useful, I'm pretty sure he was scared that if he did I would leave him. Which as you see that did eventually happen but mainly because he kept everything about my mother from me. So when I found out my mother was Elizabeth Floyd, well Grier now, I decided that no matter what I had to find her cause 19 years without a mother is way to long! So after long hours of convincing and some phone calls my dad decided to let me go and I got in touch with the Griers and now I'm here!!" I said out of breath.

"Oh wow that's amazing! I'm so happy for you! It's good that after 19 years you finally get to meet Elizabeth. She really is an amazing person." He said.

I think it's so sweet that he cares so much for me already and I know this is weird but for some reason I feel like I've known him forever and I feel like I can tell him absolutely anything.

"Wait what? you know Elizabeth!!" I pretty much screamed in excitement,Cameron laughed at me being so excited.

"Yes I know Elizabeth and her son Nash is the reason I'm here!" He said still laughing at how crazy I was acting.

Then it all hit me my brother Nash Grier and Cameron are best friends!

"Oh my gosh I feel so stupid right now I totally forgot that you and Nash are best friends!!" I said while laughing with him laughing along.

He looked at me for a couple seconds just smiling like crazy and the thought of him staring at me sent me into a totally different world. Seconds later he spoke up,

"so umm since we... are both heading to the same place.... Would you like to ride with me?"

I stood there for a couple minutes totally blown away. We just met like an hour ago and we are already like best friends and he wants me to ride with him. After standing there for a while lost in my thoughts I heard his voice again,

"I - If you don't want to that's fine I totally understand." He said his voice kind of shaking.

"Oh no no no, of course i would love too!" I said too exitedly.

I leaned down and tried to grab my bags but he stopped me. He picked my luggage and his up and I followed him to the car.

Ohhh are Cam and Aubs hitting it off?? Sorry this chapter was kinda boring guys! I'll make the next one better I promise!! Thanks for reading!!
