Chapter thirteen

~Kevin's confession~
Today is the day I meet up with Kevin. He told me to meet up at the abandoned house. I was really close to Ryan the whole time we walked to the house. Ryan decided to carry me but that's only because I didn't want to leave his arms. I was so stressed and worried. We finally arrived Kevin looked at me happily. Right when he saw Ryan his expression changed from happy to mad. I never really understood Kevin but,he sure didn't mind Jessica being there. "So Kevin.......how are you?" I asked with confusion. He muttered something like "I love you" I knew Kevin wouldn't say that in front of Ryan. He knows Ryan will kill him. I just ignored what he said and mostly focused on Ryan. "That stunning boy" I said to myself looking at Ryan. Kevin finally talked yelling out "ALEXIS IVE LIKED YOU EVER SINCE YOU INVITED ME TO YOUR BIRTHDAY PARTY". Everyone gasped except Ryan. Ryan's hands were now fists. I didn't want Ryan to hurt himself but I couldn't get in the way of a mad boy. So I just gave him space, I told Jessica to get back so she couldn't get hurt. I caught Ryan punching Kevin I was so scared for a couple a seconds. So I closed my eyes while Jessica closed my ears like a little kid. I decided to sing so that I couldn't hear Kevin. Ryan heard me sing, then started crying.

~Ryan's P.O.V~
I was punching Kevin but I paused. I overheard Alexis sing, her eyes covered by her hands while,her ears are covered by Jessica's hands. I realized she was scared. I looked down at my hands they were changed into fists. "What am I doing?? I'm scaring Alexis WHATS HAPPENING TO ME??" I said to myself. I started to cry I knew the reason why I was beating up Kevin. I didn't want to lose Alexis, she is my everything. But she has told me millions of times she would never leave me. We trusted each other so I decided to leave before I could cause more damage to Alexis. I didn't want to hurt her but I want to protect her.
