Chapter 3 (Uh Oh again!)

Sonic POV

After Shadow took me to his bedroom, I woke up because I was being moved but I kept my eyes closed. I felt him put me down on the bed and then I heard him whisper in my ear.

'I love you Sonic the Hedgehog. No matter which gender you are.' I smiled and I replied.

'I love you too Shadow The Hedgehog.' I felt him get into the bed and I felt arms wrap around my chest. For the first time in my life I felt like I wasn't just needed as a hero, I felt like I was needed for something else as well. I drifted off into a peaceful sleep.

When I awoke the next morning, I noticed that Shadow was gone. I looked around for a minute and then I registered the smell of bacon and eggs. I made my way downstairs to the kitchen and I saw Shadow leaning over a frying pan watching the eggs. I smiled, no one ever thinks that Shadow is the caring type.

'Mornin Shads.' I said, I was rubbing my eyes a bit because they were threatening to close on me and make me fall asleep. He looked up at me and smiled. I smiled back at him and sat down. He finished cooking and brought over a plate for me.

'Thanks Shads.' He gave my cheek a quick peck and my cheeks flushed.

'You can have a shower after you finish your breakfast.' He said, but then he quickly added, sort of getting embarrassed by saying it but,

'Do you think you and I can be a thing...' He said, flushing slightly. I walked over to him and pecked his cheek.

'Yes Shadow, I think we can.' I said smiling. He hugged me and I hugged back and then we kissed each other on the lips. Once we needed to breathe again, we broke the kiss and we blushed.

'I think it might be best if we have breakfast...' Shadow said and I nodded and started to eat. Once I finished, I made my way to the bathroom and I locked the door. I started to strip down and I took off my makeshift bra. I stepped in the shower and let the water run over my new body. It felt weird and ticklish when the water ran over my chest. I lathered on the body wash and I started to rub it on my skin when my vision started to dance and swirl before me. I pressed my hand against the wall for balance and my other hand on my head. Soon everything turned black and I fell down with a thump and I fainted.

Shadow POV

I was cleaning up from breakfast when I heard a loud thump come from the bathroom. I quickly made my way to the bathroom and when I tried to open the door, it was locked so I ended up chaos blasting the door down. Once it was down, I saw Sonic down for the count on the floor. Trying to imagine her in her clothes, I made my way over to her and I checked for a pulse. The water had washed most of the soap off and I turned the taps off. I grabbed a towel and wrapped it around her body, making sure to cover up her private areas. I carried her downstairs bridal style and put her on the couch. I grabbed the phone and called Tails.

'Hello'

'Tails, I need your help.'

'Oh hey Shadow, what's up?'

'Its Sonic, she was having a shower when she fainted.'

'I was wondering where she went. Do you want me to come over and check her out?'

'Yes please, I doubt she would want to go to a hospital.'

'alright, I'll be over soon. I take it that you two are at your house?'

'Yes, please hurry.'

'Alright, I'll be over in about 5 minutes.'

'Thanks Tails, see you soon'
