Together Again

Chapter 5 ~ That Kiss

Ben stood up from where he was sitting, guitar in lap.

I had no idea what was going on but everyone's eyes were focused on me, at least that's what it felt like. To me, everyone was Ben, Piper, Hailey, and Evie at the time.

Piper was looking up at me, like I was Skylox happening for the first time right in front of her.

Evelyn looked me down as if I was Menendez and she was Mason, just about to shoot me in the head.

Ben was looking at me like Evie never existed and I was the only girl in the world. Like he completely forgot that I made out with a girl in front of him only moments before.

Hailey just looked as if I was going to Murder someone, the words "Don't do this." Playing over and over again in her eyes.

I wasn't controlling myself anymore

Slowly and cautiously I stood up, slipped off my shoes and ran.

I wasn't sure of where I was going but I sure was positive I knew who I was going to.

Running and bounding towards them, my heart was beating louder and faster than ever before, my entire body started to shake and I was dripping with sweat. My bikini was peeling to my skin and I was catching speed as I ran closer and closer.

About a foot away I threw myself towards Ben and he wrapped his arms around my waist pulling my close. Wrapping my arms around his neck and bringing him down a few inches but still standing on my tippy toes, our eyes locked.

And it was as if we were seeing each other for the first time.

Do you believe in love at first sight? Because I do, and I'm positive that its true.

We slowly moved closer and closer together and I half expected Evie to rip us apart and rip my head off while she's at it.

But no, she stood there in awe.

Ben's lips caressed mine gently.

First it was just a brush until we moved closer than I'd been with anyone ever before.

His arms tightened around my back as all my dreams came true.

Was I in a Disney movie because it sure seemed like it, everything was perfect as it should be.

The kiss made my lips tingle.

My entire body went numb in his arms and it was like I was going of collapse on the floor any minute if he let go of my body and stopped holing me up.

My foot was rising behind me and I felt it pop. When a girl gets kissed romantically her foot pops.

I felt his fingers tighten around my waist and his touch crept up my spine one last time before he realised me and let me half fall half balance myself.

All the warmth was rushing through my body at once and I swore I was going to explode of happiness.

Was that even possible? Whatever.

I had too many beautiful feelings coursing through my veins, plus a few other ones.

Kissing Ben for the first time felt so new and exciting, adventurous, loving, lovely, awesome, amazing, sweet, sugary, different, special, epic, Rossome, buddery, budderful, beautiful, unique, breathtaking, awe-inspiring, great, magnificent, wonderful, fantastic, stirring, impressive, stunning, fearsome, mind-boggling, mind-blowing, wondrous, marvelous, jaw-dropping, excellent, humorous, badass, and most of all perfect.

I guess the perfect word to describe it all would be Bennyful.

Ben leaned in close to my ear and went to whisper something but was interrupted by hooting and cheering, along with some sexual sounding whistling.
