•Chapter Five• The Next Step...?

~Pat's POV~

I looked at Jen as she paused the video. She sighed and looked really bored. "Can we do something else..?" She asked. I shrugged "I mean, I don't see why not." I got up and put my hand out to help Jen up. Jen started to blush and held my hand, and forced herself up. "Let's go." She said with a smile on her face. I laughed "I don't even know where we're going." Jen scratched her head and shrugged "Maybe the park?" she said quietly. "Alright. Let's go" I said and picked her up. Jen giggled, and we walked to the park.

~Time Skippers~

We made it to the park, and Jen seemed kind of tired. I put her down on the bench. I knew we just first met, but I felt like I was in love with Jen. I tickled her to she if she'd wake up a little more. She starting laughing like crazy, and that made me smile. I took a step further and kissed her cheek. She looked at me in surprise, and her face turned pale red. "What was the for?" she said while lightly rubbing her cheek. "It's...just...nothing" I said quietly and looked down. Maybe I took it a little too far..

~Jen's POV~ 

I wish Pat told me why he kissed me. It was really, but I think he thought I was angry.. I didn't mean for it to come off like that.. I sighed, which didn't make things much better. He frowned and apologized. "No no no, I enjoyed it" I said and smiled a bit. He started to blush a bit. I felt really happy, I'm glad to have Pat in my life, even though I might not know him well, he seems like a perfect guy.
