~ Violet's POV ~
I'm not saying that I'm not having fun. I was having until Paul told me that he was going to get us some drinks. I would be fine with that if he hadn't been gone for, I don't know, 40 minutes?!
I kept dancing on my own for the next 15 minutes but I couldn't take it anymore. He can't just ditch me like that!
"That's it!" I muttered to myself and I made my way to the bathroom before heading back home.
As I was about to enter bathroom, the corner of my left eye caught something that I was expecting to see but I didn't want to believe that it was going to happen.
It was Paul with a very skinny, like skeleton, blond girl, on his lap, making out.
Ew! That must be the second most disgusting thing I have ever seen. The first is something that I'm not going to tell you because during the whole describing thing I'll puke inside my mouth.
Anyway, I think Paul hasn't a face anymore, she ate it all.
I believe she is the angel of death, but I'm not going to tell him.
Ha! I'm funny as hell ... Okay that was lame.
After talking to myself for the last 5 minutes in front of the bathroom, I decided that it was better just heading back home.
The first thing I did when I left this hole that they call club, was to take a deep breath and took a sheet on something more like a pavement.
Without even controlling them, cold tears run down my cheeks.
I don't know the reason, but I feel empty again. Used.
I knew it that it was going to end up like this.
I don't even like him.
What's wrong with me?
I was trying to find my phone in this thing called purse, when something blocked the moon, the only light I had.
Reminder to buy a flashlight.
"Eh ... excuse me, can you move just a little bit? Because you're blocking the light?"
"You mean the moon?!" He turned to me, laughing with my words.
I can't see him, because it's pretty dark but he sounds pretty amused. Great, another jerk.
"Yeah, I mean the moon, jeez. Just move, please" I shouted and he jumped a little.
"Okay, okay, I'm sorry for blocking your light" he smiled and took a sheet beside me.
The moonlight made contact with my eyes again and my vision came back.
For curious reasons and only I looked beside me and what I saw made my heart beating like a jungle drum. You know, very, VERY, fast and loud.
"Wow ..." I said without even realizing.
"What? You like what you see?" He laughed
"Are you an angel? Are you here to protect me or something?"
I can't control my mouth anymore, I'm giving up.
"Oh, well, I prefer my name. It's more like, you know, ordinary." He grinned. "But what's your name?"
"My name? Oh Yeah, I have a name too, I'm Violet Collins" I leaned just a little bit on my left side, only to have a better angle of his beautiful face.
"Nice to meet you Violet. I'm Luke Hemmings" he introduced himself as he leaned on his right side and looked at me straight into my eyes.
Wow, this guy looked at me in the eyes like this for the first time in the whole night and I already feel something like butterflies, on my stomach. Maybe they are bats, not sure yet.
