“Oh my god you live here”, Spencer asked with the same bewildered expression as the rest.
“Yup we do come on your gonna love the basement!” I said enthusiastically
We walked in and since mom and dad aren’t home, the twins are out shopping and it’s Sarah’s day off we have the house to ourselves. We race to the basement where their eye’s practically pop out of there head, it was funny seeing peoples reactions to our everyday things.
“Hey Nathan, I uh I think your drooling”, I said trying my hardest not to burst into a fit of laughter. Nathan closed his jaw and wiped his mouth with his sleeve.
“You’ve got to be kidding me this isn’t a hang out” Nathan said. I got confused and suddenly felt really self conscious about the room maybe they’ve seen better? Maybe they expected more?
“This is a freaking arcade/movie theater”, he said in awe as he looked at some of the games. I smiled to myself relieved that they like it.

“Truth or Dare Spence?” Kylie asked Spencer. We’ve been at this game for an hour, with so many people it’s hard to keep track of whose gone and who hasn’t.
“Dare bitch I’m a bad ass”, Spencer said with an evil grin on her face, oh god I got myself some wacko friends.
“I dare you to grab that popcorn put hot sauce all over it then grab a can of coke and a blue snow cone blend them together and drink it.”, said Kylie
“Ewwww”, we all said together looking at Spencer but she had already gotten up to get her materials. Maybe she is a little rebellious, I like it! We watched as she dumped all of her material in the blender mixed and poured it into a cup. She looked at it with disgust. Then she closed her eyes and took a big breath before…dropping the cup and running to the bathroom. We all looked at each other confused and slightly worried I rushed upstairs Kevin trailing behind me to see what happened to his girlfriend.
“Spence, hey are you alright”, Kevin knocked on the door and talked smoothly to the girl in the bathroom.
‘Yeah don’t worry go back down Kev I’m just gonna talk to Mack for a sec”, she said steadily. Kevin looked relived and headed back down, wow he actually listened. I head the door unlock and open a crack, I saw Spencer’s beautiful golden brown hair then one of her hazel eye’s.
“Is he gone?” she whispered. I just nodded my head as she came out of the bathroom she looked at me with all seriousness and said “Mack do me a favor please?” I just nodded my head. “Let me borrow a tampon”, OH MY GOD I get it we’re both girls but the thing was she was wearing white high waisted shorts. I rushed her upstairs to my room to give her a pad since I don’t were tampons ew, and I let her change into some sweatpants and I did the same, I asked her if she could ask to spend the night and we could say we changed to our pj’s. She dialed her home phone and I heard her mom say \
“Oh ok dear who will you be staying with Rose? Zallia? Nikki? Kylie?”
“No mum, um I met a new friend her name is Mackenzie, her parents are out of town and she asked me if I could stay.”
“Ok hon be safe, I love you”
“Love you to mom bye see you tomorrow” and with that she hung up and looked at me. She hugged the life out of me and screamed
“YEY SLEEPOVER!!!!!!!!!!!!”, oh my godshhh she was loud, no wonder she was Student Body President. Anyway I told her we’ll talk about where she’s going to sleep after everyone leaves and that we should go before they come looking for us.
We walked back down the stairs and to the basement where they were playing a new game. One person was in the middle doing crazy non sense and the rest were in a half circle around them shouting out random answers CHARADES! We each took one turn and decided on watching a scary movie. Brady wanted to watch Mama and Liam wanted to watch The Grudge. I hate scary movies so I pitch Despicable Me. What the minions are so adorable and I put up quite a fight to get what I want in the end we settled for Noah’s pick of King Kong, classic. Everybody took a seat and it just felt awkward being in the middle of a relationship sandwich by Spencer and Kevin and Kylie and Liam. I excused myself to go to the lady’s room when really I just needed to get out of that mushy gushyness and head towards the single people. I took a seat next to Noah.
“It’s so sweet”, I said pointing to the couples “I almost got a cavity just sitting there”, we laughed at my horrible joke.
“So I didn’t get to thank you earlier for um you know it’s just he can make a scene and all and um”, I was cut off by Noah
“Hey don’t worry about it friends help friends out, especially new ones”, he said with a smile so bright he could outshine the sun. I just smiled back and mouthed thank you. I was really starting to like my new group of friends but there’s something about them, they’re supposedly “popular”, yet they’re so down to earth and smart and nice and just amazing people, I don’t know what I did to get so lucky as to have new friends like these.

“Hey Kenz um, where’s the bathroom?” asked Rose walking into my closet
“Oh. My. God.” I heard her before I entered my own closet along with the other girls who asked if they could sleep over as well, which was all of them.
“What?” I asked confused.
“This”, she said waving her arms around my closet, “Holy shit! How much clothes do you have? They look expensive.” She was right some of them were one of a kind designer outfits that my mom designed but never really wanted to put on racks so she gave them to me. Others my mom buys for special occasions I try to avoid that side of my closet unless absolutely necessary. I try to stay on the side of the closet that contains the clothes I buy with my money. Yes I do work to get the things I need, I by all my school clothes and I bought my cell phone.
“It’s a bit pricey, but I hardly wear anything on that side…like ever”
“Why?!” Zallia asked bewildered.
“I like to wear the clothes that I buy myself, you know its kind of a pride thing’
“Wait you work?” asked Kylie
“Yeah other than the modeling things I do once in a while, I worked at a fancy restaurant in upstate New York”
“I knew you looked familiar!” said Nikki
“Huh?” I asked kind of confused I have never seen these girls since this morning.
“You were the cover girl for 17 Magazine, you we’re modeling Christiana Greens’ new line of clothes right?” Nikki explained. I laughed oh yeah I sometimes forget I was featured in a few magazines and a few commercials.
“Oh yeah, I forgot. Yeah um I was don’t my mom a favor I…” I was cut off by a squealing Spencer
“OMG your mom is Christiana Green!”. Spencer asked
“Um yeah, right now she’s in a conference with the money guys to promote her new line of perfume”, said proud of my mom and her work.
“Dude, your like famous”, Zallia added
“Nope, because “Green” is a common name. What if I told you Ashley Green was my cousin would you believe me?” I asked with my best poker face. They’re eye’s practically popped out of they’re eye sockets.
“No way! Is she?”, Rose asked with all seriousness.
“Nope”, I said with a huge grin trying my hardest not to die of laughter. “See it’s a common name, so if you tell anybody my mother is Christiana Green they probably wont believe you, and that is why you will not tell anybody understood.”
“Is that a threat?” asked Kylie looking like she could kill a bitch, uh oh what is she going to do?
