You can barely see anything. The burning tears behind your eyelids are close to flood over. Your hair is wet from the rain that's poring down. When you looks into his beautiful eyes, your heart is aching. You love him so much. Does it really have to end like this?

***

You eyes flutters open. It's 8 in the morning and you can sniff the scent of newly brewed coffee. You put on your robe and tiptoe over the cold floor. When you look into the other room, you can see Dylan standing at the kitchen table, drinking his morning coffee. That's a thing he always does. When he looks up from his newspaper, he runs over to you, hugging you tightly.

"You've only been gone for a week" you say to him.
"Yes, and a week is a long time. I've missed you. A lot (Y/N)."
"Aww, I've missed you too Dyl."

He pulls you in for a kiss, but you dodge it quickly.

"Not before I've brushed my teeth."

He gives you a sad face and pouts with his lips, but he doesn't start to complain. He knows you won't kiss him yet.

After breakfast and cuddling in the sofa, you both decide to go out for a walk in the park nearby. The birds are singing and the sky is a pretty, light blue. Not a single cloud. You both walk beside the grass, and sits down at a bench.

"It's really nice today." You say
"Yeah, a beautiful day with a beautiful girl."

You blush and look down at the ground. He lifts your chin up, so you look into each others eyes. He slowly moves forward, and closes his eyes while your lips meet. You can feel that you need oxygen, so you pull away. He takes your hand in his, and say:

"Let's get some ice cream."

You were finally home after the whole day going around in the city, just spending time with Dylan. You both went inside because the weather was getting colder. Dylan is checking his phone very often. More than usual.

"Hey, are you waiting for something?"
"No, it's nothing. Just work."
"Okay."
"So, I'm about to go and buy some food. You want anything?"
"No I'm fine. When will you be back?"
"In about an hour. I have to meet the producer also."
"Okay..."
"Hey! Don't be sad, I'll hurry. See you later, honey!"

He walks fast out the door, locking it. Leaving you all alone.

The time is ticking. It's gone two and a half hours and Dylan is still not back. you are never this anxious about him leaving, but today you've had this, like knot in your stomach. You can feel that something is about to happen.

You put on your jacket and take your keys from the table beside you. When you run down the stairs, down to the entrance, you ask the hotel guard where Dylan was going. He says that he haven't seen him lately, but he often goes to a café named Joanne's.

You google to find the street address, and you find it quickly. You wave so you can catch a cab, saying where you want to go.

The ride is slow but you can finally jump out of the car, taking a look around for the cafe. You immediately find it. Seeing that it is a fancy, white and gold cafe with only super rich people sitting around tables with their friends, sipping on what looks like an expensive cappuccino.

You open the door, seeking for Dylan. You find him directly, sitting in the corner of the cafe, with his mets cap on his head. He probably doesn't want to get recognized. When you slowly make your way over to his table, you see another woman walking over to him, kissing him on the lips. She sits down, staring at Dylan while he's laughing.

You turn around, just wanting to run away, cry and scream at the same time. You are angry, but mostly sad. You knew that he would leave you one day, for another more beautiful, successful woman. You just didn't think it would be right now.

I'm really sick and I have been into more fandoms lately, that I've been drifting away from being a dyl pickle. UGHHHH. I might end this book soon, but I DONT KNOW.
