Surprise

A/N: My dream is to be on the Ellen Show, so I kinda acted this out... while I was writing it :/ this was a a dream I had not too long ago, thanks to my dream journal, I still remember it.

"Please, welcome the amazing (Y/N)(Y/L/N)!" Ellen introduced as I walked in, a big smile on my face, waving for the crowd who was clapping and cheering.

"Hi!" I said and gave Ellen a big hug before sitting on the couch.

Wait, I thought she used the couch only when at least two people were invited? And as far as I know, I'm the only one now. Anyway, it doesn't change anything in reality.

"So, (Y/N) how are you?"

"I'm amazing thank you, how are you?"

"Very good, it's always a pleasure to have you here." Ellen said, smiling cheekily.

"Then you should invite me more often, like who cares about promoting movies? We could just chill and netflix y'know!" I answered as the crowd started laughing.

"Seems like a pretty good idea, can we add wine to the list? I feel like drinking wine now."

I laughed lightly and nodded, "You always feel like drinking wine Ellen."

"True, very true. Anyway, we're not here to talk about this but about your new movie with the one and only Leonardo DiCaprio!"

For a few minutes, the entire room darkened as they projected the trailer and by the end of it everybody was clapping and screaming which made me laugh lightly, I felt happy. Because it's always nerve-racking to do something new because you never know how people will react, which makes it exciting at the same time.

"I was a part of the lucky ones who saw it before the premiere and let me tell you something, it is a masterpiece."

"Thank you Ellen, now that's real promotion right there."

"No but I'm serious, of course Leonardo is amazing as always, but you, oh my god, you went from being a very good actress to a breathtaking actress just like this, it is impressive."

"Stop it, don't you see I'm already blushing?"

Ellen laughed then regained her calm, "How was it like to work with Leonardo DiCaprio?"

"At first it was impressive, like he is one of my favorite actors, but in reality he is such a nice and cool guy, it's easy to work with him, he always pulls pranks and yeah it was super cool."

"Wasn't your boyfriend too jealous? Because he said in an interview that he'd love to work with him and then you get the opportunity." Ellen said, giving me a little wink.

"No, well he actually met him when he visited me on set, he was so nervous that was adorable. But no, I don't think he was jealous."

"And how are things going between you two? We know you've been together for quite a while now."

I smiled, trying not to show that it was a bit difficult for me now since I hadn't seen Dylan for now two months, he had been away to shoot Teen Wolf when I was in Los Angeles to promote my new movie. We would call each other almost everyday but it wasn't the same than to see each other in person and I missed him a lot, always waiting for a text or a call.

"It's all good for us, I haven't seen him in two months but we work through it, I mean we don't really have the choice."

"Yeah that must be hard some days.." Ellen pointed out and I nodded. "By the way, I have a little surprise for you (Y/N)"

I raised an eyebrow, confused. "Oh god, I never trust you when it comes to surprises because last time you said that someone jumped out of this box right there and scared the hell out of me." I said, pointing a finger to the box between her and Ellen's seat.

"Ahah, no, no, just turn around."

Carefully, I turned my head over and gasped when I realized that Dylan was standing there, a bouquet of flowers in his hands, a big smile plastered on his face.

"Surprise!" he said and I got up, my mouth wide open.

"Oh my god, you're really here!" I said, taking the flowers and engulfing him in a big hug.

We weren't really a big fan of displaying our love to everyone which is why I didn't jump in his arms and cried and all ot this stuff but I must admit that I couldn't be happier right now. A few minutes earlier I was feeling sad just talking about our relationship and now I was in his arms, his cologne making me feel all kinds of ways.

"Yes I am." he muttered, kissing my temple then leaving a few playful kisses on my neck causing me to chuckle.

The crowd clapped but at this point I didn't even hear them, my gaze now focused on Dylan's eyes as if I was discovering them one more time. However Dylan seemed to have something else in my as he gently brought his lips against mine, cupping my cheek with his left hand. We kissed just for a few seconds but it was enough to make me all giddy.

"I love you." I muttered.

"And I love you more." Dylan answered, pecking my lips one more time as we turned around.

"Ellen, you planned this and kept it secret the entire time? I can never trust you anymore!" I shouted, everybody laughing.
