Waking up in the morning knowing the girl of my dreams was right down the road in one of my best mates house. Knowing I could wake up and see her whenever I wanted put the biggest smile on my face. I called my mum that morning just to tell her the good news. I haven't talked to my mum for a while so it was good to hear her voice. "Baby boy how are you?" she said answering her phone.

"I'm good mum I am really really good." I said laughing into the phone.

"What makes you so good right now honey?" she asked laughing into her phone.

"The girl of my dreams came back to me. Well not really to me but she is back and willing to build our friendship into something."

"Oh honey that is fantastic I am so happy for you. I want to meet her. Gem will want to meet her too you know."

"I know mum let me make her my girlfriend before I spring the family on her. Gem already met her at Laura and Liam's wedding."

"Oh right... Speaking of them how is your godson doing?"

"Great he is growing, mom he is so big now. He is going to be so handsome mom."

"That's great I do want to come over and see him again I miss that family."

"Niall and Madison are expecting too. Have you met Abbey, Perrie and Zayn's daughter? She is a freakin ham I love her." I laughed.

"That's it I am calling Laura to plan a family dinner so I can come and see everyone. I bet Madison is a beautiful mum."

"Her pump is barely showing but she has this glow that you can tell she is extremely happy. I can tell Laura to plan a family dinner I will probably see her today when I go to see Mare."

"Your Mare?"

"Yeah she is staying with Laura and Liam. She is going to be the nanny for the kids in the group."

"Are you ok with her working for your friends?"

"Yes because I can talk to them if I think they are being to extreme ya know."

"That's good honey."

"Mum I missed you." I whispered.

"Baby boy I missed you too." She whispered back and sighing.

"I should go mum see if I can spend time with my girl." I laughed.

"Alright honey I will talk to you soon and tell Laura to plan a family dinner so I can meet this Mare."

"After I make her officially mine."

"Ok honey we'll talk soon."

"Bye mum!" I said hanging up and getting ready for the day. I showered and looked in the mirror and looked at my appearance. My hair was long even for me and decided it was time to call Lou and get a haircut. "Lou its time to trim this mess up." I said as she picked her phone up.

"Alright I will be over in a bit. Is it ok if I bring Lux?"

"I would love to see Lux bring her over." I smiled thinking about my little friend whom I haven't seen in what felt like forever.

"Cool see you soon." She said hanging up. I moved to look around my house and make sure it was clean and ready for a child.

            By the time I heard the doorbell my house was presentable and I had some toys out that Lux could play with. Lou walked in and smiled then said, "we should just shave it off."

"Um no we should trim it up its crazy long and gross."

"That is the truth." She joked with me while I sat down in my kitchen chair for her to cut it. I leaned back as she got it wet to cut it. Once she was done she laughed and said, "It's almost like looking at you from when you were younger. I cut it short but your curls are still there."
