Somtimes you just need a kick in the butt

~3 Months into the relationship~          

We worked well together Mare and I, we would do our own thing but do it together. Every time we went out on a date we would end up back at my house and Mare would always sleep in the guest room. Slowly but surely she brought more and more of her stuff over to the house. I already planned on turning one of the rooms down in the basement into her office so she could work and plan for the kids. I already had a sound proof studio down there so it shouldn't be too hard to put in an office. One day while I was working with Liam on a new song he laughed and said, "You should just ask Mare to move in with you she's at your house more then here."

"The guest bedroom has become hers. She even started decorating it." I said laughing.

"That's awesome. Oh guess what!" he almost yelled.

"What?" I asked laughing.

"J.J. started walking! Look I have a video of it." He said like such a proud papa bear. I laughed watching J.J. walk around the living room hearing Laura laugh in the background. They were seriously the couple everyone wanted to be.

"Liam that is so great. I am so happy for you two."

"Well there's more." He said a little to seriously.

"What's wrong Liam? Is there something wrong with J.J.? Is Laur ok?"

"Yeah yeah they are good just um Laura is pregnant again."

"Shut up! That's great Liam!"

"Yeah I am just a bit nervous that something will happen to Laura."

"Liam she is the strongest person I know that chick can do anything I mean really Liam she married you." I laughed trying to ease his stress.

"I know its just I love her so much Harry."

"I know Li and she loves you."

"True thanks Harry." He said as I patted his back.

"No problem and remember Mare and I are both here for you guys no worries we will help when you need it."

"Yeah I know our group is the best." He laughed.

"That we are how about we call it quits for now and we go upstairs and get a celebratory drink." I said standing up.

"Sounds good." He said and we walked up to the kitchen where Mare and Laura were baking. Liam opened the fridge and pulled out two beers and handed one to me as I walked over and hugged Laura and whispered, "Congrats Laur."

"Thanks Harry!" she said smiling as I pulled back and walked over to Mare and kissed her head. Mare wrapped her arms around my waist and smiled as Liam sipped his beer while holding Laura. "Where is J.J.?" I asked.

"Down for a nap." Laura said as she pulled another tray of cookies out.

"That's good." Liam said smiling.

"Yeah he didn't get a lot of sleep last night." Laura said.

            That night I was cooking dinner in my kitchen when I heard the doorbell ring. I checked to make sure nothing would catch on fire then ran to the front door to see who was there. I opened the door to Mare holding a bottle of wine and a box in her hand. "Mare what's up?" I asked letting her come in.

"Well you see you're always the one with the surprises and you always plan our dates so today I decided I should step up."

"I am already cooking dinner."

"I know I figured as much. So I planned on mooching some food off of you but I brought dessert and wine. I was thinking I could set it up where we would eat out in your backyard. I have more stuff out in Laura's car if it's ok?"
