Kim's p.o.v
I woke up earlier than usual, at around 6:30. I slowly rolled onto my side and looked at my sleeping Patrick. I smiled and kissed his cheek, then crawled out of bed. I walked down to the kitchen and took out a frying pan and some eggs and bacon. I popped two slices of bread into the toaster and let them inside to cook while I began cooking Patrick some breakfast. I starting humming Hallelujah Face, singing a bit, as I cooked up some food on the stove.
"All you sinners stand up sing hallelujah! Show praise with your body, stand up sing hallelujah!" I sang.
I grabbed a plate from the cabinet and piled the end and bacon onto the plate. The toaster rang and I grabbed the cooked toasts and dropped it onto the plate. I left the plate onto the dining table and grabbed some apple juice from the fridge. I poured in some juice into the cup and set it on the table. I switched off the stove and quickly washed the frying pan and spatula and let it dry in the dish rack.
"Something smells good," I heard Patrick say.
I looked up and saw Patrick walk in. "I made you breakfast. It's on the dining table," I said.
Patrick smiled and walked to me. I wrapped my arms around his neck and kissed him. "Good morning, Pattycakes," I said. Patrick smiled and kissed the tip of my nose, then frowned. "You did make breakfast for yourself, right?" He asked.
"No," I admitted.
Patrick nodded and sat down on the chair, patting his lap. "Come eat, Kimmiekins," Patrick said. I smiled and walked over to him. I sat down on his lap and allowed him to feed me food.
"Pattycakes, I made this for you, not me," I protested.
"I don't care. You're not leaving this house until you eat," Patrick replied sternly.
I pouted and took his fork, scooped up some eggs and held it out for him. "Please eat, Pattycakes," I begged. Patrick smiled and gladly ate the eggs. I giggles and pecked his lips.
"I love you," I said.
"I love you more," Patrick replied.
We both finished the food and Patrick washed the plates while I went upstairs to take a bath. I walked into our bathroom and and take a quick bath. As I took off my clothes, I glanced at the mysterious engravings on my arms. I traced my arms over and and bit my lip.
What did it mean? What did "A.W" stand for? Was I going crazy? I thought about this so often, it scared me. I took a deep breath and got in the shower, switching the hot water on. I drenched my hair under the water and began lathering it, when I heard the something click outside. I didn't think much of it, so I let it go.
After a while, I heard the sink turn itself on. I froze and opened the shower door slowly. In thin air, The initials "A.W." were written on the steam covered window. I began to breathe heavily, but closed the shower door.
"I'm going crazy. I'm just going crazy," I muttered to myself.
I continued to bathe myself in the hot water, trying hard to forget about the weird phenomenon, when the water turned freezing cold. I shivered and turned the knob to the left, but the water was still cold. I turned around to grab my towel, but Brittney stood right behind me. I screamed loudly and slipped onto the shower floor, falling hard on my butt.
"Kim? Are you okay?" I heard Patrick ask me from downstairs.
I didn't answer him. I was too busy staring at Brittney in shock. She inched closer to me and whispered something completely inaudible I was too busy shaking to even notice the shower door opening. I looked up to see Patrick staring at me in shock. "Kimmiekins, are you okay?" he asked. I covered my exposed body and glared at Patrick.
