I stand looking at the mirror, white silk and a white veil covering my face, my evil step mother and sisters were banished along with the duke, if only my father and mother were alive, I remember asking my mother something when I was young

Flashback

"Mommy" I say as she tucks me in

"Yes, Katniss"

"Someday I want to be a princess and marry a handsome prince and live in a BIG castle and you and daddy will live with us" I explained

"All I know is that if you put your mind to it, it will happen" she stroked my hair and I smile.

End Flashback

After my mother died I lost all hope that I'd be a princess, live in a castle, now, I'm living in one and too be wedded to a handsome prince, the one who saved me, who made me believe that there's hope.

__Time Lapse__

"Now by the power vested in me, I now pounce you both the new rulers as husband and wife, you may kiss your bride" the pastor says, I turn to Peeta and he lifts my veil over my head, now's the time we will kiss, for the first time, we both lean in and our lips touch and immediately I feel fireworks, I'm now Mrs Katniss Mellark, queen and ruler.

Peeta and I set up onto a boat which will take us to his very own privet island, I can't believe it, I'm married to my very own prince.
