A week after their beach trip, RJ and Maine got closer with each other. Although busy accompanying his dad, he would make it a point to text her whenever he can - be it during his idle moments as he waits for his dad with business transactions or during long drives.

He stopped replying back. She waited a good 30 minutes for his reply that never came. She misses him. She just couldn't express her feelings to him, for she was shy. She was worried as to why he hasn't replied yet. If he was busy, he would normally excuse himself. But he didn't this time. He was a fast replier as well, so something was really up. Was he mad at me? Why isn't he replying to my texts?
