Ch. 15 The Rescue Plan

They walk back with melancholy. Tears were running down their faces. They weren't sure how to tell Athena but on the way there. They look at the floor all the way to Athena's. They were sleepy. As soon as they reach to Athena and Ben's house they just fell. They sat on the couch and fell asleep. They were so tired that they lay on the floor and sleep for hours until morning.

They were woken up by the smell of hot cakes. The smell drew them to the dining room table. In the kitchen they saw Athena jumping everywhere to make the whole breakfast place. They all sat down hoping that Athena wouldn't ask about Rebecca, but nothing is too good to be true.

"Good Morning! So..." Athena said as she look around, "Where's Rebecca? Did you take her home or something?" Everyone was dead silence.

"I'm sorry..." Sebastian said, "We lost her to Ben." Athena's eyes just widen when she heard that. Before fainting she drop everything and fell. A big boom was heard around the house. Everyone jump up and ran to help her up. Zack, who was the nearest, pick her up and took her to the couch. They open the window so fresh air can make it to the room. They fan her. She took a moment but she came back to them.

"Ben!? Ben has her?!" she shouted. They all shush her. They try to calm her down. They try to explain what happen but Athena, hurt and sadden, was yelling at them.

With the yelling between her and everybody else, Rebecca's father woken up. He got up and went to see the commotion. He saw everyone trying to explain Athena what happen and Athena in tears trying to figure out why.

"Whoa!" Rebecca's father cried out everyone hush, "What's going on?" he ask. Everyone was in silence. Finally after all this time Rebecca father is in person.

They try to explain but they began to stutter, not one word was said completely. He look at each and everyone one of them. Then he pointed at Paul and ask him what happen.

"You! Tell me what's going on?!" he ask Paul.

"Well Sir... You see... Athena called Sebastian and he told us that Rebecca was following a red Orb."

"Red orb?"

"Yes, Sir. So we went to look for her but Ben got a hold of her and took her."

"Ben...?" Rebecca's father thought for a moment, "Well that's a tough one. The one person who can defeat her is with her..."

Everyone was still waiting for the King to say something. They stare at him with a despondent look. They knew if anything he can come up with a plan to save both Ben and Rebecca.

"Mmm...so now what?" He said. Everyone fell to the floor. All that time he was thinking he had no clue what to do.

"Well Sir, we can come up with a plan to rescue her..."Vic said all timid. They all want him to give them an idea.

"That's a start!" He said. At that point they knew he wasn't much help. So they talk about how to rescues Rebecca but every plan they came up with wasn't the best.

"Look you guys! I know I'm not the only one but these plans are too expected..." Sebastian explain, "We have to do something that Jezebel won't predict."

"Okay. But think about there is no way in chance that opportunity will knock and give us an answer." Jeffery said joking around. But a moment later the door was knock. Everyone stare at the door. They were surprise that Jeffery comment came true but they had their doubts.
Athena stood and went to open the door. Everyone wanted to know who it is at the door so they went close the door way and peek at Athena and the guest. They only can hear Athena speaking to the guest.
