Cece and I were sitting in the diner when she said that Eli and the boys wanted to hang out with us at the mall. I don't think my attire screams special because I had on my sister's hungover sweater, some basic blue jeans and my high top vans. I had my glasses on and didn't even feel like putting on makeup, so I just had on some lip gloss and mascara. Cece was just now noticing my sweater, letting out a laugh as she looked at it

"Nice shirt, isn't that Claudia's?" she asked

I laughed shortly "Yea it is, it seemed to fit the moment"

She laughed again and we sat around having mindless chatter till the boys got here. I looked out the window to see the boys getting out of a silver BMW and I really had to use the restroom.

"I'm gonna go to the restroom. I'll meet you at the car" I said scooting out of the booth

I made my way to the restroom to look at myself in the mirror, not bad but definitely not how I want to be hanging out with Caleb for the day, even if I still have that sinking feeling in my stomach about him. I fixed my hair and reapplied my lip gloss before I headed out of the restroom. When I got to the main part of the diner Caleb was standing there waiting.

"Everyone's waiting in the car, I wanted to come and get you" he said

I nodded "Alright, lets go"

I started walking to the front door when Caleb wrapped his arm around my shoulder.

What the hell was that?

I don't know what that was, but it didn't stop my face from turning red. I paid for our meals then walked over to the car. Sliding in the back with Nolan and Cece while Eli drove to the mall, he had the music blasting to a level that can burst someone's ear drums. By the time I got out of the car my ears were ringing bad.

"Are your ears ringing?" Cece asked me

I laughed "Yea" She laughed with me.

We started walking into the mall just hanging around, walking into random stores and just talking. The boys are nice, but the nagging feeling was on high alert the whole time we were with them. I mean we're only freshmen and they could be hanging out with girls their own age. I guess I'm just over analyzing this, but I know myself and my guts never wrong.

Cece snapped her finger in front of me "Hey, do you wanna go to the ice cream parlor?"

"Sure" I shook my head trying to focus

We all walked back to the car and Eli drove to the ice cream parlor. I swear if I keep riding with him I'm gonna go death one day. We walked into the parlor and once again Caleb wrapped his arm around my shoulder like I was his property or something and that didn't sit right with me. Cece and I got a booth while the boys ordered our ice cream and we were all just talking. In the corner of my eye I see two girls walk over and snickered at me and Cece

"What are you looking at?" Cece semi yelled at the girls

One of the girls turned around and snorted "Oh nothing, good luck. You're gonna need it" she said then laughed with the other girl out the door.

I looked at Cece and she looked back at me just as confused. I wonder what that girl meant? With them saying that, I really think it was overdue to be back at our dorm room.

"Hey guys, I think it's time for me to go back to the dorms" I said, getting the shivers all over and it wasn't because it was cold outside.

"Alright, We'll drop you off" Caleb said
