Last Time On Blind Love...

"I may be able to help you, but just this once.." Then I heard a click coming from the iron door, I flinched and waited for someone to come into the room to kill me but no one appeared.

Cerberus, you sly devil.

I sighed and moved from my spot and to the door that held me in the padded room.

I'm coming Shizuo.. I'm going to save us, our baby, the world.

I moved my hand to the knob of the iron door, I slowly turned it and pushed the heavy door forward. It was completely silent.

I peeked my head out from the room and looked from side to side, up then down. I had to make sure no one was around.

I froze in my spot as I heard shuffling and muffled grunts and groans. My eyes quickly darted towards the noise.

There he is, my beloved.

Shizuo.

I quickly made my way towards him once I knew no one was around. Shizuo had a blindfold covering his gorgeous brown eyes and a rag in his mouth, I swiftly took both off of him.

Shizuo growled and was about to shout something but stopped himself as his eyes found my [e/c] ones.

"Holy shit, you're okay!" Shizuo struggled against the chains that bound his wrists, he was probably going to embrace me. I shushed him and made my way behind him to look at the chains.

I grunted in frustration as I saw the chains tied together.. In a freakin' knot.

I grumbled a bit and walked back to Shizuo.

"How bad is it?," he mumbled, "Well.. Not good.," I replied with a sigh.

"Listen, I'll regain my strength in a matter of time. I need you to escape. Get outta' here, keep our baby safe.. I'll.. I'll be fine." Shizuo looked up at me with pleading eyes, I frowned.

"N-No.. No. I'm not fucking leaving you Shizuo, not until I know you're safe." I narrowed my eyes and then watched in awe as Shizuo shut his eyes and concentrated.

I heard the sounds of his chains moving and then a loud snap then a clank, I looked behind him to see the metal chains on the ground.

"Finally. Now let's go before those shit-heads find us." Shizuo grabbed my hand tightly, which hurt a bit, and ran with me to find the exit.

This seems too easy, where's Izaya and Kadota?...

Suddenly Shizuo stopped and I heard two loud bangs then a thud.

I looked at Shizuo who was now sprawled out on the concrete ground, blood starting to pool around his chest and leg.

I froze and looked at Shizuo's attacker or attackers and just as I suspected, there stood Izaya and Kadota. Both had pistols in their hands.

I took a few steps back as tears fell down my cheeks and off my chin.

"You surprised me. I didn't think C-Dog had the guts to go against his own master's command. Oh, and what a shame. I was looking forward to torturing that guy.."

K stepped out in front of Izaya and Kodota, her smile played on her face like always.

Izaya and Kadota lowered their guns and stood by K's side as still as statues.

I covered my mouth with my hand and sobbed silently as my eyes darted from Shizuo's silent body on the ground to K's smile, I then took my hand away from my mouth and started screaming at them while crying.

I have to get them out of this trance!

"Kadota, Izaya, you're not like this! Snap out of it! Please, please! I know that my Kadota would never hurt me on purpose, he would always smile and compliment me and be kind and loving!!!," I sobbed more, "And Izaya, to think you would go so low to the point you would take orders from someone else!? The Izaya I knew would never take orders from anyone because he's a god! He would always smirk and toy with people jut to see their reactions!! He loves humans!," I took a step forward and screamed louder, "YOU BOTH ARE BEING USED, YOU BOTH NEED TO SNAP OUT OF IT AND COME BACK TO ME!!"

"SILENCE!" A voice screeched.

I was so busy yelling I hadn't noticed K opening her horrid mouth and angrily glaring at me with her dark blood colored eyes.

I flinched but stayed in my spot and returned the same glare.

Kadota and Izaya never moved but their eyes which were emotionless and blank seemed to gain more emotion and color.

I smirked and continued.

"Kadota! Remember our first date? You took me out to the movies and we shared our first kiss, you were blushing so hard I called you a cherry-boy!" I giggled quietly as I remembered the memory.

Kadota shifted slightly and blinked a few times before gasping and almost falling over.

K growled a disgusting growl and lunged towards me but then a bang echoed through out the entire building.

Izaya calmly lowered his arms with the pistol in his hands.

I was frozen in my tracks as I looked down slightly, there laid K.

She twitched and looked at Izaya with emotionless eyes.

Izaya smirked.

"Well, isn't it a pleasure to see you two here [f/n], Dotachin.~" He winked and Kadota sighed.

"Don't call me that." Kadota's brown eyes looked over at my disheveled expression, "[f/n], are you okay?"

I shook my head slightly before making my way towards Shizuo's body and kneeling down to put his head in my lap after turning him to face me.

Shizuo was as still as a stone, his eyes were closed and his sunglasses were cracked.

I shuddered slightly before sobbing into his vest, I felt both of the men's eyes on me.

I clutched onto Shizuo's shirt for dear life hoping he would do or say anything, something.

I felt a hand on my shoulder and I tried to cease my violent sobs only to find Izaya facing me. He was frowning.

"[f/n]-Chan, we need to take him to Shinra." I bit my bottom lip in frustration then released it after glancing back at Shizuo then nodding to Izaya's words.

Kadota had grabbed Shizuo and threw the man over his shoulder. Then, we all made our way to Shinra's, not one word was spoken.

I felt cold tears trickle down my [s/t] cheeks.

I can't raise this baby on my own.. I can't lose my Shizuo. My baby can't lose their daddy, not now.
