"Bruce, you're gonna want to see this." Tim stared at what he found. Bruce moved towards the batcomputer. Tim started playing the footage just as the building explodes. "If we remove the background noise of the explosion-"
"Tell your pawns a storm is coming, Bruce." Talon said on screen."He knows our identities."
"And works for the owls. But that's not even the worst." Tim brought up the DNA sample he took form a bloodstain on Bruce's uniform. "I analysed the blood. It's a direct match."
"To who?" Bruce interrupted.
"Well, you were right. Dick's alive." The computer beeped, and showed an image of Talon and Dick, the words 'match' flashing above their faces. Bruce was silent for a moment."So, who's going to tell Barbara?"

"You did well, Talon." The Grandmaster congratulated Talon.
"Thankyou, Grandmaster." He bowed his head in respect.
"But I wonder, do you still have some lingering feelings for your former mentor? Is that why you did not end him?"
"Not at all." Talon stood tall. "I thought we could hit two birds with one stone. Or rather, in this case, two bats with one stone. Break them down one by one, then end them all together. A last mercy. After all, isn't it the Grandmaster who says that even the worst deserve some mercy?""I like this one." Grandmaster smiled beneath his mask.

Robin didn't even turn around when he heard someone land behind him.
"We all know that it's you, Grayson." He growled. "Or rather, traitor." Talon aimed a kick at Robin, but he grabbed his leg. Before Robin could stop him, Talon threw him to the ground."I trained you, Damian. There's nothing you could do to stop me."
"You are not a Wayne. I am. We always stop evil." Robin spat, before flipping Talon around, and aiming a knife at him.
"Go ahead. Then you'll be just like me." He laughed. Robin threw Talon against a wall.
"I'm nothing like you!" He yelled.
"Yes you are. You kill. You are feared."
"I may be feared, but at least it's by the right people! I may have been a killer once, but now I know that there are better ways to find justice!"
"You even lie to me. Must you kid yourself that you are one of them? A Robin? You can wear that costume and use that name, but at your core, you are a killer." Talon snarled, reaching for a smoke pellet. "Goodbye, Damian."----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Jason had been tracking the Joker for weeks. He had finally picked up a trail, but what he found was not what he expected.
The Joker leaned, bloody and beaten, against a wall, with a knife in one eye, and blood dripping from his mouth. Jason didn't know whether to be happy that the clown prince of crime was dying, or angry that someone took his prize.
"Who...who did this?" He finally said. The Joker cackled.
"That Talon. Quite the little fighter. Don't imagine he's working for you, though. DaddyBats still teaching you not to kill?" He laughed, his sick smile masking the obvious pain inside him.
"Count your lucky stars that Talon got to you first, Joker. You'd wish you were dead if it were me." He growled. Dick's been killing criminals? On orders from the Court? They had to have done something to him, blackmail, or brainwashing.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"So, you're the one who found out my little secret." Talon said from the shadows as Tim was patrolling. He spun around, throwing a birdarang at Talon, which he caught reflexively.
"I'd hardly call betraying your family to become a mindless assassin a 'little' secret." He scowled."Well, then we can both agree the one with the big secret is you." Talon folded his arms.
"What're you talking about?" Tim asked cautiously.
"For one thing, your Team doesn't even know your identity." He said. "And for another, isn't it your fault your little 'Artemis' friend is dead?""Artemis...isn't dead."
"I wasn't talking about Tigress, Tim. You know who I'm talking about." Under his mask, Talon narrowed his eyes. "You go on one date, and now she's dead." He traced Tim's face with the tip of a blade. "Can I ask you something?" Tim struggled to stay strong. "Why does everyone you love die?" He threw Talon off him.
"No they don't!" He yelled."Artemis. Your parents. Stephanie. Me." Talon shrugged. "As soon as you get close to someone, they leave you in the worst way possible." Tim slammed his fist into Talon's face.
"Shut-" He kicked his stomach. "Your-" He twisted his shoulder. "Damn-" He threw him against a wall. "Mouth!"
