A story in which a girl tells the story of how her boyfriend became her heart donor.
So I was thinking for this one the couple is in a wreck and he dies, but hes an organ donor so they keep him hooked up to machines. However the girl is in bad shape and needs a heart, which her boyfriend ends up being a match. Also maybe the boys family's pov could be used or something. This cluld also be switched around sl the boy needs a heart.
