Erin's P.O.V

I put on my red dress which was knee length and my red wedges. It was my birthday and my boyfriend Luke was taking me out to dinner. Luke and I have been together three years as of tomorrow. I straightened my brown hair which had blonde highlights and left it down. I had put on foundation, pink lip gloss and a coat of mascara onto my eyelashes to make my blue eyes which had a brown ring around the pupil stand out. Luke loved my eyes, he'd always find a reason to gaze into them. I grabbed my bag and phone and walked downstairs. I had just reached the door leading into the living room when I heard a car horn beep. I grabbed the front door keys and walked outside closing and locking the front door behind me. I slipped the keys into my bag and made my way down the path.

I reached the car and opened the door, climbing inside. I closed the door and put my seat belt over me.

"Hey babe", Luke said kissing my cheek

"Hey", I replied returning the kiss

"You look beautiful", He told me

"Thank you", I blushed

He smiled and pulled away from the pavement, the radio was playing One Direction- Kiss You

"Where we going?", I asked him

"Lush", He replied not taking his eyes off the road (A/N it's made up)

I loved that restaurant. It was lovely and cosy.

After driving for fifteen minutes, we pulled up outside Lush. I un-did my seat belt and stepped out the car. Luke was dressed in blue jeans, a black shirt and converse. He looked gorgeous. The restaurant was one of those casual places to eat. Luke intertwined my fingers with his and we walked towards the entrance of Lush. We stepped inside and it had a homely vibe to it. Luke got us our table and we sat down, the chairs were comfy.

"I have two presents for you. I'll give you one after we've ate and the other one later", He announced

"Thanks but you really didn't have to", I replied

"I wanted too. Your my girl", He smiled

I smiled back and picked up my menu. The waitress came over a few seconds later.

"Hello, what would you like to drink?", She asked

"I'll have a glass of orange juice. Thank you", I said

She wrote it down and turned to face Luke.

"I'll have the same. Can I ask you something?", He said to the waitress

He stood up and walked away a little bit with the waitress. After a few seconds he came back and sat down. The waitress went to fetch our drinks.

"What did you want to speak to her about?", I asked setting my menu down

"It's a surprise", He smiled

"Okay", I smiled back. "What are you ordering?"

"I'll probably have the steak. What you having?", He replied

"The steak or the chicken", I answered

The waitress came back with our drinks and set them on the table.

"Are you ready to order?", She asked

We nodded.

"What would you like?", She continued

"I'll have the steak", Luke said

She turned to me.

"I'll have the same. Thank you", I smiled

Ten minutes later, our food was on the table in front of us. It looked delicious. We ate and made conversation.

"I think I'll have desert now", I said twenty minutes later

Luke nodded and stood up.

"Where you going?", I asked him

"Going to get the desert menu's", He replied

Suddenly the lights went low and I sat there confused. I saw Luke walking towards me, his face lit up with light from candles. I looked at his hand and noticed he was holding a chocolate cake that said 'Happy Birthday Erin'

"Make a wish", He said setting the cake down. I closed my eyes and wished. I wished that Luke and I would stay together forever. He was just a really cute and caring boyfriend just to name a few things.

I blew out the candles and the lights came back on. The waitress came over setting two plates down. Luke cute himself and me a piece of cake and slid it onto the plates. We ate in a comfortable silence. About ten minutes later after we finished desert, Luke got out of his seat and came over to my side of the table.

"Erin, I have known and loved you for the last three years. I love everything about you and I know all your likes and dislikes. Your easy to talk to and random and I like that. Your a really fun girl. I love you and I would like to spend the rest of my life with you", Luke said and got down on one knee. I watched him intently.

"Which is why I was wondering if you'd marry me. Will you marry me?", He continued

I was speechless. His brown eyes gazed into my blue ones as he waited for an answer.

"Yes!", I squealed happily

He got up and slid the sparkling ring onto my finger. It was a silver square stone. He placed a gentle kiss on my lips. Everyone was cheering and smiling at us.

"Ready to go?", He asked, the smile not leaving his face

I nodded and stood up, lacing my fingers with his. We walked outside into the cool mer air and over to his car.

"Now for your other present", He said opening the car boot.

Inisde was a large box with holes. He lifted it out of the car and handed it to me. I opened the lid to see a pure white husky pup sitting looking at me with a pink diamante collar around her neck. I lifted her out and looked at her. She looked lovely.

"Oh Luke, she's beautiful. When did you put her in the car? And what she called?", I gushed

"She's called Sasha and I arranged for Jai to bring her over five minutes before we left", He replied

"Hello Sasha", I said to the pup. She snuggled into my neck.

"Luke picked up the box and put it back in the boot of the car. I walked over to the pasengers side and climbed in, placing Sasha in my lap. I closed the door and put the seat belt over . Luke got in the drivers side

"I love you Erin", Luke smiled placing a kiss on my lips

"I love you too", I smiled returning the kiss

Erin Brooks; goes really well, I love it. What's better than spending the rest of your life with the guy you really love and totally adore? This was one birthday I will never forget.
