Chapter 6

A/N I noticed last few chapters there wasn't many funny parts. So at the end I want to make up a random character (it is not alive it is a joke character.) that me and my friend mad up during school.
Mystery's POV

So we got back from the mission and yet Wally still says there is no magic. Oh well. Then I heard the Zeta Tubes go off.
'Batman A01'
'Robin B01'
"Mystery please come with me." Batman ordered. I walked over. I wonder what he needs me for?
"You need something?" I asked.
"I want to take you to the BatCave." He replied.
"The BatCave?" I said making sure what I just heard was true.
"Yes. Now let's go." He said in my face. He walked in to the Zata Tubes and disappear next went Robin and I was last.
'Mystery B07' I looked around in shock. The BatCave is huge! There was weapons, different kinds of Robin and Batman suits. Wait a second ew what is with the Robin suit with green underwear. Ok... Just walk away..... I got to looking around more. Apparently Batman has a sovereign type room like Wally. And what is with the giant penny? Well I guess it's best not to ask...
"Mystery get over here!" Yelled Batman. So I flew over to him and there was a chair beside him that just appeared.
"Yes?" I asked.
"Please take off your mask." He told me. I just noticed Dick had his off. I wonder if he knows who I am. And I don't be by name. So I slowly took mine off. Dick looked in shock.
"Ok I took it off and what next?" I asked.
"Katie is this you?" Batman asked with a picture of the Flying Graysons. Then I saw it was me and Dick holding hands fixing to jump to our parents. I nodded. I then I saw Dick he was about to cry.
"But how you where killed!" Dick said in between tears.
"No that wasn't me. They where aiming for me. To kill all the Graysons, but they shot some other girl thinking it was me." My head dropped when those words came out. "I ran into the woods. To much was going on." I added.
"Ok, but that doesn't explain your powers?" Dick said.
"About that. The next day I was walking through the woods and I saw a glow. I went to it and there I saw this." I pulled out a necklace with the Dr.Fate symbols from under my cape.
"May I see that?" Asked Batman.
"Sure." I said and took off and handed it to him.
"It was floating on top of a chopped down tree stump. I decided to go to it I found it interesting. I reached out to grab it until a voice started speaking from it." I said.
"Probably NaBu." Said Batman. I must've got him interested or something. So I went on.
"Yes. Anyways it told me to take it so I did just that. When I touched it golden light went around me and I started floating. And then a golden rose came out of the ground and magic type stuff came out. I guess that is what gave me the powers. Then a figure came out of the woods and came into the light. " I said. Here I can show you. Viv se so!"
Flashback time.
"You should of not done that little girl." The figure said.
"What? I don't understand?" I asked.
"There is no need to!" The figure laughed darkly. Next thing I knew it he shot things out at me. I only just got the powers and only knew a few tricks so I had to get out quickly. So I retreated and zapped the figure once somehow I was able to make him forget about me.
"He didn't hurt you any!?!" Exclaimed Dick.
"No. Not badly at least." I said to him.
"Do you think you can find the place you found this?" Asked Batman. He handed me the necklace. I put it back on.
"Yes." I said finally. So we went looking for that spot. Minutes later I found the spot and call Batman and Robin over. Before us was the golden rose. I kneeled down to it. Batman got around it.
"Hm so this is where?" He ask for assurance. I nodded. He gave me a small smile and pulled out some machine. After a long searching for a source of magic he gave anther smiled letting me know my story was true. I gave a smile back. We all went back to the BatCave.
"Ok so tonight I am dropping you off at the orphanage." He told me.
"What!?!" I questioned.
"I have plans for you." He said. Oh great this day went from good to bad. So he told Dick to go to his room at 9 pm. And told me to get in the BatMobil. We arrived at the orphanage at around 9:30. I was in regular street clothes at that moment and he told me to get out. So I got out and he went off. I don't like to question Batman and if he says he has plans then I believe him. I went up to the orphanage door and knocked. The door opened and they took me in.

Next day

An intercom announced that there was someone visiting. So me and all the orphans went to the a giant room where. Oh Bruce Whyne I see Batmans planes.
"Please give Bruce Whyne your attention." Said the orphanage lady. All the orphans looked up at him. The Boy Billion Air gave me a smile. You would probably never figure out he is Batman if you look at him.
"I would like to adopt one of you." He said happily. A happy rumble went around the 6 orphans. He went around looking at each orphan. He gave some high fives and some hugs. Wow he is playing this Play Boy act good. When he got to me gave me a wink and a smile.
"I think I have decided." He announced. I gave a small smile. The other orphans looked around crossing their fingers trying to figure out who will it be.
"That little girl right there!" He announced pointing at me. The other orphans look at me confused I am the oldest, small for my age, and I just arrived.
"Her name Katie." Said the Orphanage Lady. "You'll need to sign these papers." He gave me a smile and signed all the papers. And gave me a hand. I took it and he walked to his car. Dick was in there sitting in there looking out the window excitedly. I really don't understand why everyone is making such a big deal about this. Oh well. I went to go grabbed the handles but there was no need when the doors lifted up by it self. I finally figured out what car he drove murciélago.
"Wow did you ever knew your car is a bat." I said in a chuckle.
"What do you mean?" he said looking in the review mirror at me.
"In Spanish your car's name means Bat." I said. Me and Dick started laughing.
"Wow I never noticed that..." He said while me and Dick wouldn't stop laughing. We arrived at the mansion and Bruce told Dick to show me my room. The mansion was big and I bet you will get lost 2 or 3 times. When we got to my room it was right across from Dick's. I went inside my room was big and apparently I already had my very clothes! The bed was very big for just one person but it was comfortable. Once I got done with my room Alfred greeted me at my door. "Miss Katie Master Bruce would like to see you." He said. I walked out of my room to go find Bruce. Then I paused and I looked back Alfred I felt bad how he has to call me Miss so I told him. "Alfred you don't have to call Miss."
He look confused and said "are you sure?" He asked.
"Yes." I gave him a smile.
"As you wish." He said back. Once I found Bruce he was right next to a piano and a grandfather clock.
"I would like to show you how to get into the BatCave from here." He said. He put his hands on the piano and played a tune. Next thing I knew it the grandfather clock swung open leading into the BatCave. Next he taught me how to do it. I am guessing he has no music talent due to it was just "Chop Sticks".
Later that day me and Dick where in the kitchen Alfred was making dinner. I snuck a banana and decorated it to look like Batman the next thing me and Dick knew it we singing Banananananananan BatBanana! Until Bruce walked in very confused on what he is seeing.
Once I got in bed unable to sleep. Everything just took a huge sharp turn so quickly. I went from sleeping out side under the stars to inside a mansion in a warm bed. I got up to go take a walk around the mansion, but only one problem how to get out with out being noticed. I decided the window was my best option so I quietly opened
