Chapter 3: It's time.

"WAKE UP!!!! NOW!! LETS GO!!!!!"

I woke up to the "soothing" soud of my dad's voice coming from downstairs. I guess he doesn't want me missing my plane either. I looked at the clock. 10:50am. Holy shit. This is the only time I'm glad my dad bugged me to get up. Even if it did sound like a vicious threat. The airport's about 20 minutes away and I still have to take a shower and get ready. And yes, I take long showers alright. My phone rang.

New Text Message

Jai: "Hey Vic, did you need a ride to the airport later? You could ride with me if you want.(;"

Him and his winky face. Heh. Hmm. Ride with my parents or ride with Jai? I think that choice is obvious. But what about Izzy? I still haven't introduced them and stuff. I'll ask her what her plans are.

To: Izzy       10:52

V: "Did you have a ride to the airport?"

I: "My mom's going to drop me off there. We could meet up at the entrance."

V: "Cool. Oh, there's someone I want you to meet. He's going on the same plane with us. See you therrr. And don't think that way. He's my friend. :p I know how you think."

I: "Haha yeah. Okay then, see you there. :DD"

Well that sums it up. I replied to Jai.

"I'll be ready around 11:40. Don't be latee ^-^"

J: "I won't.(:  ^.-"

Aw. That's cute. To be honest, I actually like him alot now. I'm glad I walked into him that one day. Uhm. Yesterday actually. I know it's only been a day and I may seem like i'm overreacting.. But if you ever see us, we'd act like we've known each other for our whole lives. Like it was destiny or something. I don't know. All I know is, time for a shower.

I got out of the shower and changed into my usual bunch of clothes from my closet. ----->

No, I wasn't going to change my choice in clothes or personality for Jai. I know he likes me for me. I'm just going to be myself. I brushed my hair and gathered my things. 11:39. Perfect timing. I heard my doorbell. I was excited but really scared. What are my parents going to do and say?? Just as I ran downstairs with my stuff I heard talking.

"What a nice young man you are." My mom said.

My footsteps interupted their conversation.

Jai: "Hey Vic." He had a big smile on his face.

V: "Hi. Um, Parents, Jai.. Jai, Parents. We should go. Don't wanna be late."

M: "Oh yes. Go ahead."

Jai and I were almost out of the door when my dad grabbed my arm. Jai kept walking not noticing.

D: "We're renting out your room when you're gone. We need money. We're selling things from your room too. You freaking cost alot. Now GO. Before you do more damage here."

He let go as I pulled away. Leaving a mark where his hand was. He and my mom had an evil grin on their face. Wtf is wrong with them. Ever since.... Shaking the memories again. I caught up with Jai and hugged him. He looked at me and smiled.

J: "You look beautifull."

I knew it. He likes the real me.

V: Ahwe! Thanks Jai. That's sweet. .Your sweet."

He smiled again. Oh. Does he want to kill me?!? Everytime he smiles. I can't help but feel the meaning in it. It makes me feel warm and loved on the inside.

Most of all, I'm glad I'm leaving. I'm glad I'm leaving with Jai. But the only thing I'm wondering.. Who was that lady in my living room 5 minutes ago? So nice and full of spirit. I don't want to think of that right now. Nothing to do with them. All that matters is I'm safe with Jai. We got in his car and drove off.
