Chapter 5: The meet

I: "We're here!!"

I heard Izzy say.

V: "Yup."

J: "So what are you guys going to be up to?"

V: "Well. Nothing really."

J: "You wanna go to my house? Maybe hang out?"

V: "Yeah! Sounds fun."

J: "Okay, come, we could walk there. It's not that far from here."

I could tell he was full of excitement.

He was right. It wasn't even that far. Before we knew it we were at his house. He unlocked the door and opened it.

J: "Welcome to the Brooks' house. Make yourselves at home."

We walked into his living room. It was really nice. And huge. Not many decorations but still really nice. There was a big flat screen towards the corner. Izzy went straight to it and started watching some random show. 

J: "Beau! Put on a shirt!

I looked over to Jai and next to him was a shirtless Beau. Oldest of the Brooks brothers. Yep. He looks exactly as Jai described him.

"Who's this Jai?"

I answered for him

V: "I'm Victoria. You're.. Jai's brother. Beau Right?"

B: "In the flesh." He laughed.

J: "Beau, where's Luke?"

B: "I think he's in your room. I'll go get him.. LUKE!"

Just then 2 other guys walked in through the front door. One with a "Dogs gonna bark" hoodie and one with a hoodie that says "The Janoskians" Okay, who are the Janoskians??

"Heey. Who's the chicks?"

J: "Victoria and Izzy. Ma buddies."

J: "Vic, Izzy this is Skip and James."

James: "Nice to meet you, Victoria and Izzy." "Dibbs on Vic." He whispered.

Like I couldn't hear that. It was pretty loud. Haha.

J: "Nah, she's all mine."

Woah. Does that mean we're official? I just couldn't help it. My face turned red.

"We playing that game?"

I looked over at the stairs. There Beau now with a shirt on was walking over here with another dude. Wait. Luke. That's right. But Wait again... Jai did not mention Luke was his twin. It's like looking at Jai in a mirror but each have different clothes. They all sat together on their couch.

L: "Alright. Hm. Dibbs on Izzy." He pointed to her then smiled.

Her face turned red. And she smiled.

~ Luke's Pov ~

B: "Luke!!"

God what does he want now?

L: "What Beau?"

B: "Jai brought some chicks here, he wants you to come down and meet them."

This should be interesting. I walked downstairs.

"Dibbs on vic." Oh James..

I started walking towards them.

L: "We're playing that game?"

Then someone caught my eye. She's absolutely gorgeous. Izzy, I believe her name is. I just went for it.

L: "Alright. Hm. Dibbs on Izzy." I pointed. I couldn't help but smile. The sound of her name itself just makes me want to smile.

~ Vic's Pov ~

B: "It's really late guys."

Woah. He's right. It's already late at night. How could I not realize that?

S: "I call crashing on the couch."

B: "You know I have a big room Skip.."

S: "Yeh. But this couch is comfy."

And I thought I was really childish.

J: "It was nice having you over Vic. Need a ride to your house or wherever you're staying?"

I just noticed that Izzy was gone. Where'd she go?

V: "About that, my parents forced me to come here. None of my family lives here either. I don't exactly have a place to live.."

He has that excitement look on his face again.

J: "You can stay here!! I don't mind. --We don't mind."

V: "Really? Thanks!" I went up to him and hugged him

"I love you" 

V: "What?"

J: "Oh, nothing I just said 'my room'.. You can sleep in there. I share it with Luke. Izzy can too. She and Luke seem to be hitting it off."

He pointed towards the couch.

Oh. There she is. She was leaning on Luke's shoulder and they were watching something on his phone.

V: "Nice going Izzyy!"

She rolled her eyes at me and smiled.

I went upstairs with Jai and he tucked me into his bed. It smells like cologne. He slept on the floor. aw.

V: "Jai,"

J: "Yes?"

V: "Thank you. For everything."

J: "Anytime, beautiful. Now go to sleep. It's late."

He kissed my forehead and I went straight to sleep.
