Chapter 4: Almost

The car ride was pretty short. Or at least felt like it. You know what they say, time flies when your having a good time.

We arrived at the airport. Almost there! Jai put his arm around me, kissed my cheek and smiled. Did he just? Aw.! I tried holding in another blush. He's so outgoing. That's what I love about him. I stopped at the entrance and looked for Izzy.

J: "Looking for someone?"

V: "Actually I wanted you to meet my friend. She's coming with me to Melbourne."

J: "Cool, any friend of yours is a friend of mine. Now, where is she?"

~ Izzy's Pov ~

"Okay, Be safe! Be sure to call me! Here's some money."

My mom said as I was getting out of the car. She handed me the money. A few hundreds. Thank. You. Mother. I laughed to myself.

"Alright mom, I'll be fine. I'll call you when I get there. Bye!!"

She waved bye and drove off. I can tell she was still having second thoughts about me going. I mean, I would too. It was kind of last minute. 

I looked around for Vic. Oo. Found her. And a dude kissing her cheek. That must be her friend she wants me to meet. "Friend" I think not. Haha. I walked up to them near the entrance.

I: "Hey Vic."

V: "Hey Izzy."

"Hi. I'm Jai Brooks. I'm guessing you're Izzy?"

Jai huh? He's cute. Well done Vic. That accent is awesome too!

I: "Yeah. You're going to Australia too?"

J: "Yes. I got to meet up with my brothers."

I: "Do you live there? Thats awesome."

J: "Yup. I guess that explains my accent.." He laughed a little.

Damn. His smile really is something.

I: "Well. Come on guys we should get going. To Australia!"

We grabbed all our stuff and hurried in. The lines were extremely short. Lucky for us. Vic and Jai seem like a cute couple. I wonder if they are actually dating. The way they act I bet they are.

We got on the plane. It's a perfect 3 seater. I have the window seat, of course, Vic has the middle and Jai has the end. The trip is going to be super long. We all started playing random games on our computers to kill time. Amazingly it worked. We all got to really get to know each other. I can see why Vic is obviously in love with him. I started getting tired. Jet lag I guess. I looked at them and I could tell they were tired too.

~ Jai's Pov ~

The plane has a big tv in each row of seats. That's awesome. I was getting kind of tired. Vic was the first one to knock out. She fell asleep on my shoulder. She's so cute when she sleeps. Izzy and I kept playing random games we kept making up. How am I going to tell them I'm kinda famous? Part of the Janoskians? I wonder if Vic knows who I am. Who the Janoksians are. Well, I'll tell her sooner or later. Soon we both fell asleep.

I woke up and the plane felt like it was hoping. We must be landing.

J: "Hey Izzy, We're landing."

She woke up and I whispered in Vic's ear.

J: "Wake up, beautiful."

~ Vic's Pov ~

"Wake up, beautiful"

I flinched a little. Used to my average wake up call. But no. This was different. And probably the first time I've woken up without force, or yelling. That's something called a myth in my house. Jai's so sweet. I don't know how many times I've said that by now but it's just true.

I wiped my eyes and stood up in my chair.

V: "We're here?"

J: "Yeah."

Finally!
