Louis:

Nervous was an understatement of how you felt right now. You and Louis were on your way to your favourite restaurant to have dinner with his parents.

"Louis." You whispered

"Yeah babe?" He continued rubbing soothing circles on your knee.

"Did you tell your mum that I'm...y'know. Different?" You asked

"Different?" He repeated

"Yeah. Did you tell them about me being...black?" You quizzed

"Babe I love you, that's all that matters. My mum was the one that raised me after all. She'll love you." He reassured you

"Louis baby!" Louis mum, Johannah, jumped up to greet Louis. She was gushing over Louis when she finally spotted you.

"Oh. Hello." She stiffly greeted. Her fake smile plastered on her face.

"Hi Mrs Deakin." You nervously smiled.

"Mum this is y/n. My girlfriend." Louis grinned

"That's nice dear, now, be darling and get us something to drink." She beamed at Louis

"Erm sure." Louis shrugged

He kissed your temple before walking up to the bar.

"So...?" Johannah started

"Y/n." You finished

"Yes, y/n, why exactly are you dating my son? I understand your kind of people aren't very lucky in the financial department, but that doesn't give you the right to go around using my Louis for his money." She spat.

"Pardon me? My kind of people?! What exactly do you mean? And I'll have you know I love Louis simply because of how caring and loving he is." You hissed.

"Oh don't be so dense! You know I mean black people!" She whisper-yelled

"I just don't approve of Louis dating someone so underneath him." She continued.

"Mum? Is there a problem here?!" Louis growled

"Oh gosh Lou, how long have you been standing there?" You asked

"Long enough to know that my Mum's a fucking racist!" He yelled.

By now the whole restaurant had turned their full attention to the three of you.

"Louis, please." Johannah pleaded.

"Come on y/n." He grabbed your hand and started to walk out, but stopped short and faced Johannah.

"By the way mum, y/n is the girl I'm gonna marry so if you have a problem with that, I really couldn't care less." He grabbed your waist and passionately kissed you. He whispered sweet nothings in your ear as you both strolled towards the car.

Harry:

Knives and forks scrapping on plates were all that could be heard around the dinner table.

"So Harry." Your dad started "Why exactly are you dating my daughter? Is it some new kink for you white boys to have a black girl by your side?" He quizzed

"Dad! Haz babe, you don't have to answer that." You glared at your dad.

"No y/n he does." Your dad stated
Harry cleared his throat before starting "I love y/n with all of my heart sir. She's so sweet and caring. She always shows me the brighter side of things and has stuck with me through thick and thin. No sir, it's not a 'kink' it's just me loving someone no matter what colour they are." He smiled at you, whilst rubbing small circles on your knuckle.
