The police were busy and didn't let me speak to them for about thirty minutes.

"What's your name?" A police officer asked.

"Yuki Mai." I answered

"What seems to be the problem?" The police officer asked.

At this point I had plenty of time to think about what happened. I told them everything. They didn't believe me. They couldn't believe a bunch of high school girls were going around brutally murdering people. Let alone that one of them saved the president of Yoshida Industries. So I showed them the video of the janitor from my phone and showed them the dishes of water, and Amy's blood. They finally decided to bring him in for questioning and called my parents. They took my dishes, downloaded the video on their computer and told me to go wait till my parents got there.

"Yuki, you can't keep running off until late at night." They first began to lecture me in the office. I told them everything too.

They took me home, comforted me, fed me, then left me alone. I showered and went to bed that night at 1:00 in the morning. My parents were right I did need to stop. I thought of all the concealer I would need in the morning to cover my dark circles.

I woke up that morning and got ready. I went downstairs to see the newspaper. Pictures of the president's office after the battle were posted on the front page along with a mugshot of the janitor. It said he had been arrested thanks to the efforts the local police department and a student who caught evidence on camera.

I was upset that I was the one who did all the work but my name wasn't even mentioned. I sighed and rode to school. When I got there Akane was waiting for me looking just as tired as I did. We giggled together at our appearance, and walked into school.

I had a new found appreciation for a normal day, and after school went to practice. Coach Haruna told us the show must go on and convinced us all to stay on the dance team. Though we didn't have the superhuman skills we had a special bond that came from being in a dangerous situation together. We used that to create a dance that showed our teamwork. It was a dance about evil being beaten by the light. We called it "The Dance for the Light."
