The halls were mostly empty of students. I walked back to the cafeteria. How was I supposed to find a specific janitor in this huge school. I looked around furiously. I had to get moving. There was only one more member of Yoshida Industries still alive and if I was going to save him, and the girls, I needed to do it before nighttime when the girls seemed to activate.
I walked as fast as I could without running. I didn't have time to be hassled by teachers telling me not to run in the halls. I left the building to check the cleaning stations outside. I turned the corner, saw him, and immediately ducked back around the corner hoping he didn't see me. I peeked around the corner again and saw him gazing at a newspaper. It was the same one my parents had this morning. I pulled my phone out to take a picture.
"Hahaha." He laughed to himself. "I'll teach you to fire me, how can you say my ideas aren't innovative now while they're killing you."
I was stunned. I looked down at my phone and I saw that I had accidentally set it to record. I had a motive and evidence! I decided to run while I still had the chance. He must have heard me run because he yelled "Who's there?" I could hear him running behind me. I took the taser out of my book-bag and turned another corner as I waited for him to follow. The second I saw flesh I shocked him. He fell to the ground. I was about to run again when I smelled something that was... not lemon.
"Gross" I said recognizing that he had just defecated on himself.
I knew when he regained himself he would try to hurry and kill the president before the police arrested him. But I wouldn't be calling the police just yet. No, I would be waiting for the dance squad to arrive, and save them.
